I’m really happy with my purchase! The hair is incredibly soft, silky, and completely tangle-free. The customer service was amazing—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Shipping was also super fast. I would definitely recommend it!
Disappointing quality and dismissive customer service
I purchased two wigs from ISEE Hair and both completely let me down, despite using premium human hair products and careful maintenance.First, the Afro Curly Half Wig, it shed an excessive amount of hair in clumps upon washing. Worse still, two small tracks completely detached and fell out of the wig! Second, the Coily Curly Half Wig which was great for the first two wears but the hair quickly became dry, frizzy and lost its curl definition. Now, I cannot even run my fingers through it without them getting stuck. I know how to look after curly hair and spent about two hours deep-conditioning and individually finger-coiling it, but the quality has drastically deteriorated and it just won't bounce back. When I reached out to customer service with photo and video evidence, I was met with generic, copy-and-paste care instructions that completely ignored my actual issues. They chose to blame the hair texture instead of addressing the structural faults and the poor quality of the hair itself. I expected premium quality from two expensive purchases. Instead, I received low quality products and unhelpful customer service. I think what they say online about only influencers getting the good wigs is true 🙁

I love the customer service. The hair is great quality. It didn’t have a smell when I initially opened my package and I love the freebies that come along with that hands-down this website to purchase hair from.

I had a great experience! I read the instructions that said I could leave a note in the order to let them know when I need the hair by. Kate responded and said they’ll do the best they can to get it there and I got it in five business days! The hair is so soft and pretty. No tangling or weird smells. I get nothing but compliments. Order this hair!!

I absolutely love this Crochet Burmese Hair! The hair is very soft, lightweight, and easy to install. The curls are beautiful and hold their shape well without tangling too much. It looks very natural and has a nice volume. I received many compliments after installing it. The quality exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely purchase again. Highly recommend!

I ordered my hair for my wedding day…
I ordered my hair for my wedding day and I was so nervous that it wasn’t going to arrive in time as the ordered still showed “processing” after a week. I contacted customer service who was so incredibly helpful and put a “rushed” order on my unit and it took about 3-4 days for my hair to get mailed to me and it took FedEx 2 days to get to my house!! I was blown away by the level of care that ISEE HAIR shown me. They completely took away that stress from my wedding planning. I would blindly recommend them to anyone. THANK YOU ISEEHAIR!!
Beautifull wig with shedding of hair
I am very happy with how beautiful and full this wig looks. It is comfortable to wear, and I really like that there are two different ways to adjust it so that it fits securely and comfortably. Unfortunately, there is one downside: the wig sheds quite a lot of hair. I find this very disappointing. I am also worried that if the shedding continues, the wig will soon become very thin or lose too much of its fullness. Order number: 16601846481

My experience was great
My experience was great, at first i wasn’t happy with the package as it got delivered to the wrong address and then when i collected it the wig was in a bad state. I emailed them and their customer service and reply time was top notch, we quickly got to a resolution which resulted in me being able to revamp the wig. I totally recommend this shop.

Order Number: 16601841969 I purchased a 13x6 frontal with matching bundles, but I have had significant problems with the frontal. The back sewing edge is excessively curved and unevenly shaped, which caused the frontal to bunch and buckle instead of laying properly while constructing the wig. The shape also appears asymmetrical, with one side noticeably different from the other. The frontal texture is also looser than the bundles, even though they were purchased to match. I still attempted to make the wig because I did not want to waste the hair I purchased, but after spending many hours working on it, I had to completely take the wig apart because of the problems with the frontal. I have photos and videos documenting the shape of the frontal, the buckling during construction, the asymmetry, and the texture difference. I have contacted the company and am currently waiting for a fair resolution. I would prefer a properly constructed replacement frontal with a texture that matches my bundles, or a partial refund for the defective frontal. I will update this review based on how the company handles the situation. Well, I’m back for the update. The company finally emailed me back after days of them making me send them pictures of proof. All they did was minimize the situation and not even acknowledged the fact that they wasted my time and money and simply told me to cut off the access and even admit it that sometimes their factory produces products that have to be customize, specially😂 after offering me a partial refund they completely stopped replying. I have since opened a dispute with my bank. I will never order from them again, and I will be posting it on my TikTok and commenting it under everyone’s videos, who is sponsored by them they only reply back to peoples reviews under here to make it look like they care they don’t actually care or fix the problem

I purchased the burmese curly 20" feather crochet hair...and I must say 10/10 hair is soft, true to length and basically no shedding. Very easy to install and remove. its a must buy! Shipping was quick and efficient and very easy to track.
