I made a mistake in the size of the product I ordered, entirely my own fault. In spite of me being located in Scotland and the cost and difficulty of returning and exchanging from the US Madepants came up with an extremely generous solution for me. The product itself was great quality and value for money and the customer service second to none. I highly recommend this company and retailers in the UK could learn a lot about good customer service from these guys!!

I recently received my package, and I wanted to share how happy I am with my overall experience. I ordered the biggest size because I thought the garment would run small. When my package arrived, I was surprised to find that the item was much bigger than I expected, so I contacted customer service for help. They assisted me straight away with no questions asked and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The quality of the clothing is amazing and looks exactly like the photos.
