I ordered 2 s/shirts and a t-shirt. I like my stuff big so I got a larger size. It took 1mth to get here, tried them on fit but not big. I wanted to return them so I emailed them and got a China address. Went to UPS and they told me it would cost $274 to ship back and could not guarantee they would get there!! I have tried to ask if they have an address for USA and they told me no, you have to send to address you were given and pay for return. Would not recommend this place at all!

The pants are horribly made and definitely not to normal size. They are way oversized. When I tried to get help on an exchange I found their customer service to be rude and not helpful. If you want to return the fees are exorbitant and there is no US address to return the product! Stay away if you want anything that resembles a good product or good customer service!

Order from Madepants they sent an email stating an item was out of stock and I won't get before Christmas. I requested a cancelation they ignored it and shipped the merchandise anyway two days later. Now I have to pay extra to return to China, which if I knew it was coming from there I wouldn't have order.

Complete garbage products, horrible quality (fabric, color, sizes, fit, not at all as pictured, etc.) Ordered 4 products, took three weeks to arrive (late of course). Had I known this was coming from China...I NEVER would have placed an order. Thought it was coming from Canada. I'll just wear them to work in the yard and for painting around the house Good luck trying to send back for a refund with these types of companies, never happens. I ordered the Yellowstone jeans and a v-neck t-shirt. I'm about a US size 14 so I ordered the jeans in an XL and a 3XL on the shirt because I don't like my shirts to be too form-fitting. The jeans are ok, but they don't look mineral washed and are much lighter in color. They fit pretty decently, but I don't care for the flared leg so I'll have to fix the leg opening on them. The t-shirt is a different story. I'm glad I sized up a bit; it fits, not too big, not too small, BUT the material looks NOTHING like the photo. The photo shows a mineral washed, aged look but the t-shirt is a solid color cotton. I really wish Trustpilot would allow photos. It's wearable and just ok, but a bit disappointed. I will not order from this company again. They delete any Facebook comments and do not have their reviews turned on. Although the shirt shipped from a location in NJ, I believe these clothes are sourced from China.
