I have worn 36" waist X 30" length jeans my entire working career. Your jeans are so tight I can hardly stand trying to button them up. The length is terrible, I have to wear 3 inch cuffs! Way too long. I am going to have to pay someone to hem them. The material they were made from was fine. Delivery was on time. They look sharp, but are not even close to fitting. Disappointed.

Great products bought 3 pairs of pants and love all three!! One pair was to small instead of making me send them back to exchange they gave me 80% off and I ordered the proper size!! Great company!!!
Disappointing product and poor customer service
I ordered the Men’s Wide Leg Cotton Cargo Casual Pants from Madepants. Unfortunately, the trousers were a huge disappointment. The measurements do not match the size chart on their website. According to the chart, the hip circumference should be 108 cm, but the trousers I received measure approximately 102 cm. On top of that, the trousers are far too short and look nothing like the fit shown in the product photos. The website doesn’t even provide a trouser length measurement. I contacted customer service to explain the situation. Instead of properly addressing my complaint, they mainly responded with instructions on how to measure trousers. I followed their instructions, measured the trousers again, and sent clear photos showing the actual measurements. I also requested either a correctly sized replacement or a full refund. So far, I have received no response to my latest email. What makes the situation even more frustrating is their return policy, which requires customers to pay for return shipping to China themselves. This makes returning an incorrectly sized product unnecessarily expensive and inconvenient. I find it very disappointing that a company sells clothing that, in my experience, does not match its advertised measurements and then fails to properly address a well-documented complaint. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Madepants. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this website.

Very disappointing customer service! I contacted Made Pants to ask for the maximum stretched waistband measurements of their XL and 2XL pants. Instead of answering my question, they simply replied, “We are sorry, but we do not have a size that fits you.” How incredibly rude and dismissive! Ironically, I already own their overalls in 2XL, and they’re enormous on me! That’s precisely why I was asking for measurements. I wasn’t asking them to judge my body or decide what would fit. I was asking for basic product information. Customers of all sizes deserve respectful service. I really liked their clothing, but this experience has completely turned me off the company.

Yes, shipping took a while but the product descriptions were accurate and read the reviews/ directions around sizing. The denim will shrink as described so order your size 1 ip from the normal. Overall happy with my purchase

The chino pants are not wearable
The chino pants are not wearable. They are huge. No taper whatsoever to the pant leg. I could fit two legs in each pant leg. I was told the length was 31 inches and these pants are a good 4 inches longer than that. I am very disappointed.
