What people say

Strangest, most sketchy, Chinese company

The quality was pretty low (the comments on their Facebook have GOT to be fake), and though you may go into the transaction knowing that you will have to pay return shipping, know that you will actually not be able to return the item at all, first because they will refuse to give you the return shipping address when you ask for it until ultimately, on the third email you demand it and they send you this, indicating you will be shipping to China, paying customs, and taking a loss- as they warn you “it’s not worth it” in their customer service, lol. I’ve never gotten more defensive customer service correspondence. What a strange, sketchy operation. : Hello, I'm so sorry to hear that. We do not provide shipping labels. Our returns page states that the buyer is responsible for shipping and rates. Please return items to the following address: Country: China Province: Sichuan City: Chengdu Recipient: Madepants ZIP Code: 610095 Street address: No.520 Jirui First Road Telephone: +8618244377351 Email: redacted After the package is shipped, please provide us with the tracking number. Once we receive the returned items, we will immediately issue you a refund to your original payment method, provided they are in perfect condition and suitable for a second sale. Please fill out the customs declaration information correctly and pay the customs fees, otherwise we cannot receive the returned package. Special reminder, customs duties are generally charged 10-20 US dollars per item. And customs duties are sometimes charged at Chinese customs, so you also need to pay them. Sorry for the inconvenience. How about we give you a 50%(excluding shipping) refund and you keep it? You can gift them to your friends. Because shipping back to China is expensive and we don't provide shipping label. Our returns page states that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. So it's not worth it. Our warehouse is in China, we don't have a warehouse in USA. Thank you for your understanding! Sincerely Madepants

I really like the look of the item I…

I really like the look of the item I picked! I hope it suits me as I think it will. I had a little glitch in ordering, as an early pop up told me I would get 50% off if I filled in my email and phone number, which I did. But afterward that discount was nowhere to be found. When I finally completed my order, I put MADE12 into the coupon slot. I did not, however, see the 12% discount reflected in my total. I sent a message and hope that will be resolved.

larger pants are physically smaller

On July 25, 2024, I purchased a size XL overalls as the original pair I bought, size L, was not baggy enough. The XL that I received on 8/12/24 was significantly smaller than the original pair. I am so disappointed and frustrated - I just wanted the super cute overalls and don't want to spend any more money.

SM marketing got me again

Received package 6 weeks after ordering, quality of items and fabric were good. I ordered a size M (am a UK 10) in 2 jumpsuits, one was grossly oversized and couldn't possibly have been a Medium as it said on the tag, the other was slightly better but also much larger than it should be, it's almost as if a Large was mislabelled. When I tried to return, I was told that shipping would be too much to return the items so a refund was out of the question. I was told I'd be given a 80 percent discount to exchange which would include cost of shipping, this was $25 approximately. The website only states to contact them for a refund - this is outright misleading. I chose not to exchange as I felt it wouldn't be worth the risk to try another size as if it didn't fit, I'd be out more money and no way to get a refund. Customer service was prompt and polite but felt that this is not a professional company. I would personally not order again as it feels like this is yet another company churning out fast fashion out of China - Alas, I have fallen victim to Facebook marketing yet again!

After ordering a pair of overalls

After ordering a pair of overalls, the money was immediately deducted from my account. 18 days later, I received a package containing the wrong overalls with some unattractive embroidery on them. The overalls additionally are VERY short, poor quality & do not have the size marked ANYWHERE inside (nor on the package?). Now they expect me to pay to return the wrong item AND wait several more days/ weeks to get my money back.

I shop online every week and I was…

I shop online every week and I was completely disappointed in the “discount offer toward first purchase” false advertising. After entering my email and phone # I was denied the discount because it said my items didn’t qualify. So I paid full price but will probably return my item because of my check out experience.

100% Chinese Company!

Was offered a "special price" on a new product, liked it and ordered it and before it even shipped, the price was lowered 28%. No offer to match new price. Nothing! My advice ... wait for clearance pricing because these prices are what the products are actually worth! They are lightweight fabrics, fast fashion, and not likely to last more than one season.
