Dispute the charge to get my money back
I ordered a shirt in March. When I didn’t receive it in the time they indicated I would I messaged multiple times and got no response. I finally went to my credit card and disputed the charge. It took some time but I finally received a credit for the full amount. Save yourself the time and headache of dealing with this bad actor and don’t order from them.

Placed Order 3 Months Ago and Yet to Receive with No Response from Customer Service
Placed an order on March 7, 2026 that I never received. I understand that the production was down for awhile that had caused a back order, in which I received automatic email replies stating this, however to date I have never received this order for these items I paid for. I have reached out numerous times to the customer service email on the website requesting reimbursement or to process order, however all I hear is crickets and nothing else. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service. I finally got a response in a message on Facebook, after having also reached out on there numerous times, to say my order was with an Africa guy and that I have been scammed and will not receive my order. I ordered from MAGA.com. Where is my order???
Placed an order on February 27, 2026, still not shipped, I contacted MAGA.com’s support multiple times, All I got was one response back saying they had printing issues. Now the email address seems to be “not found” and emails come back as undeliverable now when contacting MAGA. Order says “Waiting for Details” in the Shop app. I finally got a response on Messenger, after messaging multiple times, to say my order was with a South African guy (the ceo of MAGA.com) and that I have been scammed and will not receive my order. I ordered two t shirts on January 20, it is now May 30. I still have not recieved my order. I’ve tried three times now to contact customer service, twice they say they had printing issues, and that my order would be sent as soon as they could. Third time I’ve asked for a refund of almost $80 and haven’t heard anything back. This company needs to get its *hit together! Absolute ripoff!

Just trash! DO NOT BUY ANYHTING! I spent money on a hat and 2 months later no hat. 4-5 email and messages left zero response. Nothing at all! I went to my CC company and requested a full refund! -1 * if I could have.

I placed an order with MAGA. COM. On February 25th of 2026. It is now May 19th of 2026 and I have not received my order. Contact merchant MAGA numerous times received one response that the order was being filled haven't heard nothing from them since still keep contacting the merchant and I'm hearing nothing. I have not received my packages I ordered 4 months ago. They also charged my card without my receiving the items. They do not answer any emails. Completely ghost mode. Terrible customer service. This website is a SCAM!! Do not buy from them.

Ordered 2 FAFO t shirts in January. Reached out to customer service after about a 2 month wait. They apologized and stated items would be sent shortly. Almost 5 months from the day of ordering the shirts and still nothing. I will never order from maga.com or any other vendor who advertises on Facebook. The order was over $80.00 in total.

Still waiting on a tshirt I ordered for my husband. I believe I ordered it in January. Still haven't gotten it or heard a word about it. I don't even think the shirt is listed on the site anymore. Sounds like they are in trouble or over their heads and need help with fulfilling orders.

SO UNACCEPTABLE! I was promised a replacement for my January hoodie order, and on March 3rd I received confirmation that replacement (MAGA949364229) would be shipped. It has now been over two months and I have received nothing - no item, no update and no explanation. Can someone please look into this? What is going on? At this point, please tell me how could I send back the original hoodie and get a refund. To make matters worse, your contact email (contact @maga.com) is no longer functioning and all my emails are being returned as undeliverable.

Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM! They take your money, tell you 3-4 days until shipment, take over 20 days and still no update. When you cancel, they give you a "store credit," but there's nowhere on their site to apply said "store credit." And now, it's pretty convenient that their emails no longer work. Do NOT waste your time or money.

No idea what is going on
No idea what is going on. There email no longer works, I have ordered from them in the past and other than taking a cpl weeks to ship usually it's not terrible and they are super responsive... however now email doesn't work, even tried responding to a customer support email from last year and now all of a sudden no response and email fails. I ordered a single hat that was supposed to be in stock on 2/21/26... still nothing. Absolutely disappointed and likely going to have to file for fraud at this point.
