Ordered a T-shirt three months ago and have not been able to get in touch with them to figure out how to get a refund or cancel the order. Do not answer emails and now simply saying that the email is not able to be sent.

I made an order for two T-shirts and a hat back in January 7 and it’s currently April 22 and still nothing. I’ve reached out and they give me their what seems like automated response of how sorry they are and that they’re working hard to fulfill the order. First of all, don’t place the order because they’re not gonna fulfill it and second of all they already took down there customer service support, and their Instagram social media platform. I can’t even get a response other than the domain does not exist for the customer service contact when I’m trying to get my refund.
Do not order from this site, there is no way to get ahold of anyone to inquire about orders, I placed and order on March 6th 2026 today is April 21 2026 and haven't received anything.
I ordered $119 of stuff in FEB 1st 2026. It is now middle of april and still have not received my order, got only 1 response back from MAGA.com in March after inquiring about my order supposedly there was printing issues. After that I havr tried multiple times and now the company is sending me back emails saying the email address or phone number is no longer valid! This is not the first time it took over 3 months ever since Trump was elected the demand sky rocketed and I had to wait 4 months just to get my christmas presents. The very first time the order came in on time but this is my 3rd time and both times I had to wait over 3 months now it looks like I am out of $119 because the company isnt even responding to emails.
I sent an email about a shipping notification a week after my purchase. They told me their printing was experiencing difficulty but will be up and running in the coming weeks. Tried to contact them yesterday and today only for the email address not to exist. Total scam. Do not purchase from. I will be warning everyone I know.
I’m putting a big 0 star !!! I bought 2 sweatshirts off shop app February 1st & still haven’t got one of them yet!! , nor did I get a response back yet!! Those were expensive & I’m very disappointed & frustrated 🤬 one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had!
I ordered 2 hoodies over $200 on 1 February. No sign of the order, no communication from the company, and they won’t reply to my emails. No phone number or address either. Scam.

It would be zero stars if it was an option. I ordered a hat over 4 months ago. After the first month I started searching for customer service contact information and of course there’s no phone number. I used the customer service email. After a few weeks I recieved a reply that the product I ordered was out of stock. Cool. Thanks for that. I was asked to switch to another color (refund was not an option) and that they would “make my order a priority”. 3 months later and about 10 unanswered emails later, still no hat. Oh, and now their customer service email is no longer a valid address. Do not order from them.
I placed 2 orders in February that I have not recieved. I have tried emailing them 3 times now and on the 3rd try, I got an undeliverable meaning the email is no longer valid. Upon searching online I saw that they shut down. I ordered from them in the past and they were great but I am upset that I am out $100 and I haven't gotten my orders. I hope I can get a resolution otherwise I will have to report them.
I ordered a shirt Feb 18th order# MAGA949362191 emailed them 4 times to the customer service email and still have not heard a thing . I think they are scamming people out of their money . I see they responded on here to people I wonder if they actually got a direct email from them . I would never ever order something again from them . By the way the email address kicks back saying it not valid buyer beware !
In the past year, I have ordered from this company countless times. They always sent merchandise and provided great discounts. However, starting in the new year, the company appears to have gone defunct. I placed an order in late January and have still not received it. They stopped communicating with me in mid-March, and now the email for support is non-existent. The phone number does not work either. Super unfortunate - I am now figuring out my next steps. Do not order from them.

I ordered a hat MAGA949361062 in early February and still waiting. ZERO correspondence with customer service, no replies to my numerous requests for an update. Just a terrible experience and assuming I was scammed. Really bad experience.
I ordered something back in January. I spoke with customer service and they said that they had some issues and that they would get it sent out. Well it's now April and every time I try to email their contact it says that it's an invalid email now. You have no other way of contacting them what a scam.
Horrible experience with this company. They have no problem taking your money for items that are clearly out of stock. After tons of patronizing emails, mostly AI generated, about where my order was I had to cancel. Then they kept saying my money was going to be refunded and they never actually refunded it. Never. I had to call my credit card company. I will never order from them again. Scam.
Ordered from company and a month later it still says waiting for details on shop. Tried to call and email and both are non existent. Screw these piece of shit scammed. The should be found and thrown in prison
I have ordered several things from the site and the quality is very good. The problem is the shipping and customer service. It takes forever for the product to arrive. My latest order MAGA949358228 was ordered on the 12th of January and still hasn't arrived. I emailed in February and theistic they had problems with the printing of the shirts. It is now April and still nothing. I tried emailing them and my email bounced back as the address doesn't exist. It existed in February. What's going on?
So far it's been a horrible experience. My wife ordered a shirt and has received no information about the order. When we email their customer service we get notified that their email doesn't exist. They cannot be messaged on Facebook or X. It is a complete scam!!!
