I ordered a shirt about a month and a half ago, still haven’t gotten it. I messaged, got a reply, but when I messaged for the past couple times, absolutely nothing. They don’t respond. I would shop for them again if I actually get my shirt. It’s a shame

I wish that I could give a negative review. This company seems like a scam. After I placed my order of a hat their entire website went down and was inaccessible for several days. I reached out to customer service and I received a generic almost AI generated response about their production interruptions. I have reached out several times since my original email but I haven't received any response. It has been a month and I still don't have the hat that I ordered. The website is back up but my order is not showing when I log in to view the status. They processed payment immediately but they don't follow through on the fulfillment process. I placed an order 3/7 and there has been absolutely no movement on it. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. No idea if I’ll ever get my hat which is a shame because I really want it. I will not shop on this site again.

Well I should have read the reviews before ordering because I’m dealing with the same issue of waiting since feb 17th. It seems as if they respond to people here more than they do directly to the person, I would think as if your trying to run a business then you might actually respond to the customer but who knows. Or at least send another shirt for all the waiting, I was wanting to wear my “support ice” shirt on a trip where they were rioting against them but that won’t happen anymore. Especially for a republican run site we expect more than that!!!

Must be a scam. Ordered a sweatshirt for 75.00 on Feb 12th. Have not received it or a return email advising me where it is at. Only email is when thy took my money to confirm the order.. pathetic!

SCAM
Jan 29, 2026. I ordered shirts and stickers. Emailed them a month later and received an email saying they are "behind" on production because their printer is having issues. Emailed them again early March. Response was they are trying to catch up on production. I recently asked for a refund instead and NOTHING. No response. SCAM. PLEASE STAY AWAY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I made a $56 purchase on 2/28/2026 which I still have not received. I have emailed the company multiple times and have not received any response. There is no contact number for customer support and no other way to make contact with this company. I will never make another purchase with maga.com and urge other customers to take caution before submitting payment or considering making any purchase.

I have placed an order over 40 days ago and I have not received my t shirt nor my hats that I already paid for. I never got any email so I’m hoping that the items arrive asap. I’ve reached out to customer support with no resolution as of yet sadly. Please help a fellow patriot get what they ordered and paid for as I’ve had great success with my last few hats I’ve ordered from maga.com. Hopefully I can change this to a 5/5 but right now I’m pretty disappointed while it’s been over 40 days since I ordered in stock items with no delivery or even a delivery date emailed to me since placing the order. The first time I ordered I only got half my order an it took over a month to get the one item an since I didn't receive the other item they gave me a store credit gift card so I ordered another shirt an now it's been almost 2 months an still haven't got it, I will never order from here again an wouldn't recommend anyone order from them

Buyers beware!!! December 3, 2025 Ordered 4 sleeves of golf balls, coins and T-shirt ($140). December 23, 2025 Received one sleeve of balls, and coins. Received email stating remaining order would ship at a later date. I have emailed customer service numerous times and as of March 22, 2026 I've gotten nothing but meaningless emails stating they are working on the order, they are having printing problems and as of late I get no reply at all! I've tried to sign back into my account and it appears there is no history of my account and many items previously available for purchase (such as coins) are no longer available. There is no phone number for customer service so it appears MAGA.com might be going under! I wouldn't recommend making purchase through MAGA.com

I feel like I have been scammed and I don’t appreciate it. It’s not like I’m ordering from temu and getting it from china dam.
