Truly excellent customer service from Magbak. Purchased an S26 Ultra case back in March. I recently ran into an issue with this case and the S Pen not working correctly. I contacted customer services, who straight away offered to replace the case completely free. 5☆ These cases are very well thought out and feel of premium quality. The stand, finger loop, and pinky cushion are all excellent additions to an already great product. Keep up the good work. Thanks
