The case I got for my iPhone 16 is great, but what is really special is the customer service. If a part breaks, magbak has been great in helping replace it.

Love magbak case and its versatility, only issue encountered is figure loop failing after few weeks. I pointed out to Magbak on one of the IG post (not asking for replacement) their replacement team went ahead and provided free replacements. Great product matched with great customer service. Recommend!

I love their case. I have some cases that do their job, but this case was the top one for me because it has the finger bed for the pinky. For the past years, my pinky has dent because of the cases I have and my pinky hurts after a while, but this case is perfect for me.
There phone stand, I thought they would not stand or carry the phone, but guess what my phone can stand on its own.
It has a finger loop too and which is I've been using all the time. I've been buying the attachments just to let my phone be secure on my hand but this one is great!
When your phone drops its not like the other phone cases that you look at your phone if it breaks or not, this one when my phone drop its like it dropped on a pillow. You wont here and big sound drop.
Now, let's talk about the magnet, that magnet is super strong, i was showing my dad that my phone can stick to my car and I forgot my phone was in there and when I get home I saw it was still on my car. It's very powerful magnet and i charge my phone through that magnet.
It's a plus if you can change your phone caseinto different color. I recommend for you to buy this case. I really love this case and I will buy it again if I have another phone.

This is my third magbak case and I…
This is my third magbak case and I absolutely love it. My first one was a Christmas gift from my now wife, the second was a purchase for myself when I got a new phone, then my third and current was a warranty for my second. I will say in the year I’ve had my third it’s has fallen apart pretty quickly, but that will not dissuade me from replacing it with another magbak when funds permit.

I had a problem with the first case…
I had a problem with the first case they sent. The camera button was disconnected and it wouldn’t stay in. It may have been the AT&T tech who tried to set up the case. Regardless, I contacted customer service and they replaced the case quickly, no questions asked. The case has been great, now that it was set up properly. The finger loop is a little tight. There is a way to loosen it, but I haven’t done it yet. When the Magbak magnetic bars adhere to the surface, and they won’t work on every surface, they work really well. It has been great for in the shower, when I’ve had to skip pesky ads. I’ve recommended the case to friends with confidence.

This is an excellent case! This feels is absolutely incredible. I also love the customization. I have red power button and it red volume up button. I also have a red finger loop. This case is the business! I love all the little extras like the ring finger loop and the kickstand. All this in a slim frame

I have used MagBak for my last 2 iPhones, which has been about 6 years. They are fantastic and I only ever had one issue with my new case and they sent me a replacement. I recommend this case to anyone looking for something oh high quality and will last a long time. I used their screen protector on my newest phone and it was easy to install. On my last phone I only used the case with no screen protector and it never cracked.

I bought the 16 Pro Max case when the phone was first released, and it has held up great ever since. Unfortunately, I dropped my phone recently and somehow lost the lock button from the case.

My Magbak experience over 2 years
I purchased my Magbak case 2 years ago, at the time I was kinda turned away by the price but after receiving it and utilizing it on a daily basis I could not see myself not having it. The quality of the magnets and case with the usefulness of being able to attach my phone to metal objects is such a necessity in my line of work and daily tasks. My case after 9 months broke and I messaged customer service and quickly got a response and a replacement arrived within a reasonable timeframe. When I replace this phone I will be buying another for it.
