Beware' their promises are not real!
Beware' I am leaving a bad review, because no one answers you. I am not sure if this company has customer service. I no longer want this service. It promised 3000 apps. The apps that I used are gone, the service is not what it was when it was Galaxy. I have been trying for months to cancel it. I clicked the cancellation button and it doesn't work! Can you please cancel this service! I don't want to billed for another year.
Magica AI is an incredibly useful tool
Magica AI is an incredibly useful tool. It combines all the different AI tools and thus is a comprehensive platform, offering everything to everyone. I'm giving 4/5 stars because it is very expensive. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, you have to buy credits because generating documents or PowerPoints is very credit intensive and you run out of the 15M credits quickly.
Bait n switch
Bait n switch. The original agreement was for over 3000 ai tools. Paid versions like chat and grok included. Chat arena…video transcription etc. Now the new version is terrible. It is super slow and takes way more credits than before so you have to buy credits which is costing more than if I just paid for individual paid ai versions. Huge scam. Customer support takes a week to respond and they don’t address any of the questions and issues I brought up. Refuse to give a refund even though it’s a classic case of material misrepresentation and breach of contract. Buyer beware. Check other reviews and fb group for authentic information

This was initially a great site with many fun features and worth paying for. But sadly, many of the features were removed recently.

I purchased a lifetime subscription when it was Galaxy.ai, which was a huge cost for someone on very limited income. It was initially great and mostly reasonable with credit consumption. Suddenly, the second month, millions of credits started draining from basic research (no graphics). More than a million credits would disappear from just clicking the home button. I contacted them and was answered by AI. I sent a log and no further response. They changed to Magica and now the credits just pour down the cyber toilet. It pretends to offer you to use the old user interface, however, when you click on the text box, it automatically opens a new window where you're forced to input into the new UI. Simple questions take forever to process and the credit usage is insane. I want the choice that I bought into (choosing my own AI according to the need) back. This is ridiculous bait and switch. I've tried to open other tickets on credit consumption and there's no response.
Galaxi.ai was really solid
Galaxi.ai was really solid. I signed up for a full year - thankfully not lifetime access. You used to be able to 'win' credits daily; that's gone. You used to be able to choose what models and constraints you wanted; that's gone too. They went from being a DIY to a "we do it for you" black-box agent-only site. Not a good change. Their response is basically tough.

App just gets better and more useful…
App just gets better and more useful and easier to use as time goes on. I was just using it for fun but it's added so many useful app integrations that now it's part of my daily workflow. Lots of options and does what I need. I would like a feature for credits to be refunded if my first video creation is a little off but it's usually good enough. the lifetime access deal o got was definitely worth it.
Core Product Changed & Features Stripped Away
I signed up for Galaxy.ai and was promised certain set of features and how credits were used. Then without my permission they changed their offering with Magica. No longer could I use the AI tool I wanted to use. They decide that for me now. The time to answer questions has increased significantly. The cost for the answers has also increased. In short the forced migration from Galaxy.ai to Magica has not been smooth or pleasant. The core product I paid for is different and features were stripped. This is breach of contract and has been completely misleading. And no one ever comes onto the chats I initiated to discuss this.

I was a sceptic when I signed up as other platforms hallucinated or censored you without cause or explanation but still took your credits. I was using several platforms to undertake different tasks each with its common and unique glitches. Magica I can do everything I need to on the one platform and I am not penalised for glitches or hallucinations.

Galaxy was cool. Magica is a scam.
I purchased the Galaxy AI lifetime plan. It was a wonderful interface with a fast workflow and all the 3rd party AI tools that I needed. Now suddenly, they rebranded to Magica, and decided to remove ALL the tools. The only thing you can use now is their chat agent. Well, I tried it today after the finally removed the old Galaxy AI, It is horrendous! It not only gives crap results. But it overcharges you. With Galaxy AI, one image creation used to cost 6 cents. Now they charge close to a dollar for just one image that has inferior quality. If attorneys are reading these reviews, how about a class action lawsuit if they fail to revert back to the previous UI and tools?

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I’ve really enjoyed using Magica and think it’s one of the best all-in-one AI platforms available. The price is very competitive compared to paying for multiple AI subscriptions, and having so many models and tools in one place is incredibly convenient. My biggest frustration is the credit system. High-quality image and video generations can consume an enormous number of credits, especially when you’re trying to fine-tune a result or generate consistent UGC content. It can become expensive very quickly, and failed or inaccurate generations still use credits. I’d love to see a better credit refund system for failed generations and a true product lock feature that keeps uploaded products pixel-perfect during image and video creation. If those improvements were made, this would easily be a 5-star platform. Overall, I still recommend Magica because the quality and variety of tools are excellent—just be prepared for how fast credits can disappear if you’re generating a lot of content.
Find a Better Solution!
Find a better solution, since they rebranded it has been a hassle to use this platform. The terrible results that you get 80% of the time is yours to keep, and they will NOT give your credits back for unusable content. It takes a ton of credits to do anything! Support will not even respond to tickets. Surprised they are still around after infringing on Samsung's "Galaxy AI" brand.

Absolute scam. I purchased the 399 lifetime subscription for galaxy ai. Great tools and good interface. Credit structure was reasonable. Promised lifetime access. They rebranded and changed to Magica, removed tools and interface, upped the number of credits for each session to exorbitant amounts. I suspect this company will fold. Classic bait and switch.

As someone who uses AI a lot for work, I've found Magica to be amazingly cost effective compared to subscribing to various AI models - I basically now have access to all the tools I could ever need all on one platform! Would highly recommend if you're a big AI user.

Nope! Don't do it.
Nope! I'm moving out. The recent changes to the platform (not scheduled with users, just dumped it on us), the unfair credit usage, and the lack of tech support for my many inquiries have compelled me to write this review. Ever since they rebranded from Galaxy AI to Magica, it has been an absolute nightmare. When it was Galaxy, things started off pretty well (even if it was a little confusing at first). Their main pitch was that you could actually choose your own AI model and learn how each one works. Now, you can't. You are forced to use "Magica Auto" or "Magica Max." The ability to choose a less expensive version for simpler chats has completely disappeared. To make matters worse, they give you 15 million credits for their normal tier pricing, which sounds like a lot, but you can easily use it all up with just one chat in a single day now. I am taking my business elsewhere.
Pleased with the results so far
There was a learning curve for me once galaxy.ai changed to Magica, but I can say that I am well pleased with the results of all of the tasks I initiated in the platform. I do miss the homepage navigation tools from Galaxy, but I will continue my service. I have been using the platform to create ads, reels, and images for my wellness business. The quality of the tasks completed does seem enhanced then before. I am excited to continue to learn more about this platform and how it can support my business.
