Since our products ship from Canada, UK and New Zealand, these parcels must go through customs. While many orders arrive within 7–10 days, in some cases the customs process can take longer, occasionally extending delivery times up to around 28 days. The border crossing itself is usually quick, but the time spent in customs can vary and is unfortunately outside of our control.
