Credible business, but it took a month to get my pills
Updating my review. I ordered expensive medication, which was originally lost by USPS. The company made it right and sent out a second package. However, in total, I waited a month for the medication to be delivered. During that month, I had horrible stomach pain, which affected my sleep. It really was hellish to wait so long.
Part of the reason I had to wait a month, is there was a delay on their end getting my prescription from my pharmacy. I asked them to call the pharmacy, but they faxed them instead (the pharmacy wasn't monitoring their fax line). When they didn't hear back from the pharmacy, they didn't get in contact with me. I was the one having to constantly initiate the conversation between them and my pharmacy.
Ultimately I would use them again, as they were helpful to resolve the situation with lost package. However having to wait a month was horrible.

We are actively monitoring your shipment, and according to the most recent tracking updates, there is still movement on the package. At this time, it is not marked as lost, and we continue to see signs that it is progressing through the postal system. Unfortunately, international shipments can occasionally experience delays while passing through customs, which is outside of our control and can vary significantly by order.
Regarding the USPS service request you initiated, we would like to thank you for calling USPS as they have been posting developments on the tracking information until the package is delivered or formally resolved.
We also recognize your frustration around communication. We have been sending email updates, but it appears there was an issue with delivery or visibility of those messages. We are escalating this to our IT team to investigate and ensure this does not happen again.
In terms of prescription coordination, we acknowledge your preference for a direct phone call to your pharmacy rather than fax communication. While fax requests have historically been reliable in many cases, we agree that we should be more flexible and responsive to patient-specific needs going forward.
Regarding insurance and shipping methods, shipments are sent through standard tracked mail services, and we continue to evaluate options to improve protection and delivery experience.
Finally, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and distress this has caused. We strongly encourage patients to order refills in advance, as customs clearance times can vary and are unfortunately beyond our control.
We appreciate your feedback and are reviewing all aspects of your experience internally so we can improve our processes, communication, and responsiveness going forward.
They remind me when a refill is due; call my Dr.'s office when the refill has expired, asks Dr. to send new prescription via fax. That service saves me so much time, and I might forget enough that I would miss a few days of a "daily" medication. I am very grateful for Mail Order Meds; so glad my friend recommended them years ago.

Always checks in with me regarding refills and when a new prescription is needed. Cost is consistent (except this time with the tariffs) so it is easy to calculate. Delivery is usually within 2 weeks.

I have always found Mail Order Meds to…
I have always found Mail Order Meds to be honest and reliable. Their staff people are forthright, respectful and helpful. My prescriptions typically arrive according to schedule. If a problem arises they are quick to resolve it honestly and generously. And their pricing is appreciated.
