i received a used kd986 computer that i ordered on 07/29/2026. it came in an old (used plastic bag) along w/attachment parts. i was going to return it until i looked at your return policy. holly crap, i've never seen one like this before. obviously it was made for the co. and not the customer. guess theres a sucker born every minute. your going to charge me to send it back. WOW. i know dam well i would'nt see a dime of my $120.00 i paid for it. OH, i pitty the person who purchases your name. SCAMMED SUCKER

Great Customer Service
My son had damaged the cables on his ebike, and I reached out to customer support for help in getting replacement cables. I was frustrated that there were no exact replacements - but they had me get a kit that would make it work again. After ordering, Levi had me send pictures of cable ends, etc to ensure it would work for me. It delayed me getting the parts - but it all worked perfectly. Way better than getting the wrong stuff, reordering and trying yourself without any help. It was worth the delay in getting the parts for sure.
They treat you like a customer not a number.
This group followed up kept me in formed of the tracking and understood my concerns. Make sure when you order provide the serial number of the device as they will need it to match your product. I will use them again. JDP

I needed new e-bike display/controller that was no longer available from manufacturer. Levis at Maintebike was not only super helpful to be sure the display was compatible, but also went above and beyond to ensure I received it prior to my trip. Levis deserves a raise!
