Great no probs at all
Great no probs at all. Michael N. responded immediately via email to my questions and give me all necessary details to be able to buy water scuppers in time for my pool. Mike informed me MAJESTIC have one location in Tempe so I can stop to see some water scuppers samples. I was surprize to find out MAJESTIC had a location in TEMPE. Not too many people KNOW about this location in Tempe. Great job Michael N.
Great Customer Service
I made a mistake when ordering on-line. And when I emailed them to see if I could change it, Micheal was quick to call me and easily made the correction on my order.
Enjoyed doing business with them.
The guy was pretty knowledgeable about the product, the product cut-outs on display helped alleviate some concerns about how the flow-out is perfected, they allowed us to trade-up to a longer waterfall...and there was a good selection of candy in the showroom dish. :-)
The weld is not attractive
The spout design is nice but the weld is very noticeable and not attractive. It should have a better finish to the product for the prices they charge.
Proactive, Detailed and Friendly Service
Our company orders from Majestic Water Spouts frequently, and their customer service continues to impress us. After placing two back‑to‑back orders for the same product in different quantities, we received a personal phone call the very next day to confirm whether the duplicate order was intentional. That level of attention to detail was proactive, friendly, and truly appreciated. The representative even noted that the first order listed two customer names while the second listed only one, and he wanted to ensure everything was correct before processing. Both orders arrived quickly, with accurate quantities and complete order information. The quality of service and care Majestic Water Spouts provides is exceptional. We will continue using MWS for years to come.

Worth the Search - Local Craftsmanship at Its Best
We searched everywhere for weeks trying to find the right fountain spout for our raised pool wall, and finally found the perfect one at Majestic Water Spouts in Tempe, just minutes from home. Mike was open, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from the start. He walked us through the different finishes and shared practical tips for maintaining our water emitter, which we really appreciated. It was also such a cool experience to see the workshop in action through the back window. Knowing each piece is handmade locally made it feel even more special. Our copper spout is the exact finishing touch we had envisioned. Beautiful craftsmanship and a great overall experience. Highly recommend.
