What people say
I had such a wonderful experience with Mike
I had such a wonderful experience with Majestic. Not only was I well taken care of as soon as I walked into the door of their new shop but Mike kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. The worst part was when he told me I'd have to wait 5-7 weeks for my scuppers to be made. When I asked if there was anyway he could increase the speed on those, he said he would check. I had them in 4 weeks. He was awesome. I would highly recommend their office. 5 stars!!!

My order came well packed and in great condition. The splash screen was easy to install and worked very well to significantly reduce the water splash out on my new backyard fountain projects.

The quality of the 3/4" stainless steel fan jets purchased are superior.

When I walked into their newly purchased building and everything was not the way they would have wanted it to be seen, Mike and his crew stopped what they were doing to give me their immediate attention. They explained all the scuppers and their finishes. They all were very professional and helpful. So glad I was able to find them!
Very good costumer’s service
quick shipping
quick shipping, excellent packaging and very well built product.
The staff were very friendly but have design feedback
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Purchased two pool aerators, the “fan shape” and round. They both are cast brass and are generally quality looking and feeling. The reason for the lower review is the fan shaped aerator configuration causes the spray to drip over the front of the aerator. This was disappointing considering the quality appearance and price.

Beautiful products
The website is easy to navigate, but when it comes time to order, do yourself a favor, and call them directly. If you order online and the product is out of stock, you don’t find out for about five days when they send you an email with that information. The delay may cause a problem and at that point you need to call them anyway to reselect.

Good photos and description of spouts on their Website. Michael responded readily to my phone inquiries. The product was carefully packaged in foam, and arrived without damage. The shipping time was better than usual. The quality of the product and craftsmanship is outstanding. It has been a pleasure working with this company.
