I really appreciate them honoring the request to adjust pricing for me since I'm a contractor and owner of Clear Creek Pools. Their products are beautiful for water scupper features. I've used them on two new pool builds now and they look terrific. Make here in the Phoenix area and quick turn around time.
This is world class customer service!
This is world class customer service! Morgan and Mike are the epitome of customer service. I was treated with excellent professionalism in searching for the exact product I needed. Copper spillway was to be installed in spa next day and I received it overnight in perfect condition. Truly a very savvy team. Thank you so much for making what seemed like a stressful situation a real pleasure.

Michael did a great job helping us order our stainless steel scuppers. We are looking forward to having them installed on a wall behind our pool!
In addition to great products
In addition to great products, their customer service actually serves the customer. Very unique these days. I want to thank Mike et al for bearing with me and accommodating me when I was flying blind with my project. Super kudos to you..

Matt and his entire crew are dedicated to building me up to best product while providing the best customer service I love interacting with them. I’m a pool builder here in town and having them local is an absolute bonus. We are lucky. I recommend them to everybody I can.
The customer service was great- Morgan Saved The Day!
The customer service was great! The response time was expeditious and exchanges were courteous! The water features appear to be of good craftsmanship (my plumber hasn’t been able to comment yet). Most outstanding was Morgan’s efforts put into getting the water features to me a couple of days ahead of my scheduled plumbing. The water features were sold out at the time my order was placed, but Morgan was able to expedite my order. Morgan is the “Super Hero” in this story, he saved the day. Thanks again Morgan!
