I think they outsource their customer service because you can hardly understand them and they are reading a script. It doesn't feel personal. They are on the expensive side. $99 a month incase you need to talk to someone who doesn't even listen. I just don't want to start over with someone new. They send you things you didn't order then try and charge for it.
Video consultation is very convenient for my schedule, the doctor was very pleasant and acknowledged my symptoms not just my lab results. It was a very good experience.
