Takes time for results
Have been on TRT a year. My systems are working in a more coordinated and correct manner. Exercise produces an appropriate aerobic response, which had vanished. Weight training once again is fun, once again produces a rewarding soreness (which was my main complaint) and a renewed more responsive growth. I was apprehensive about starting, but it was the right choice.
