I have 22 of your Mango panels and (2) Mango E units. I still don't have a direct answer of how to hook them up to get the max solar power to the Mango E. I'm getting contradictions so I cannot hook up my units until I get correct answers. See last email below.... Chris, Thank you for you response. I was recommend in the emails below that I could use the following: For a 3kW system with 200W panels: - Use a 3S5P (3 series, 5 parallel) configuration: Connect three panels in series, then connect five sets of these series groups in parallel. 3x18.75 Volts = 56.25 Volts which is below the 60 volts required to enable solar charging 5x10.4 Amps = 52 Amps… way over the 30 you mentioned below. I have 24 of your 200 watt panels and just trying to figure out the max number and configuration I can hook to a Mango E without hurting it. Thanks, Charles

happy to report that I have received the Power E
I am happy to report that I have received the Power E and that the solar panels are scheduled to arrive on Monday. Despite the shipping issues, understandable, since we full time RVers and our shipping and billing are separate addresses, I am very excited to have the base unit and I am looking forward to seeing how we can improve our off grid living experiences with your product. Thus far it is functioning impressively. An unboxing video, along with a thorough product review will follow once I have received the panels and had some time to test them out. Thank you for developing what appears to be an excellent product and a game changer for efficient living off grid, even in larger rigs!

Professional, knowledgeable staff, David resolved my issue quickly. I had an issue with a firmware update, my internet connection was the issue, once resolved, the firmware updated quickly.
I like the response time
I like the response time, but I don't feel certain that the solar panels I'm looking at are going to safely and fully charge my two mango power-e's. I realize that I'm not considering mango panels (because it would require too many panels and too much money) but after buying two power stations, I need clear direction regarding panels I'm considering from other sources.

Although there is room to improve when it comes to the Mango Power App, the Mango Power E Power Station has brought me much peace of mind. During the recent blizzard, I wasn’t worried about the power going out as much as I was before. I’m looking forward to using it more during the summer and offsetting some of my electrical use with solar panels. The hardware seems to be top-notch and really well thought out.

Easy to carry around despite its 100lb weight
I was delighted that it includes wheels and a luggage-type extending handle, as the unit weighs in at 100 lbs (45.5kg). It’s a beast to move around, and although it is portable, you won’t be tossing it around like carry-on luggage, or at least not with my back. The weight is low to the ground, so moving around on a solid surface is relatively easy.
