The website was easy to maneuver and the rug came in about 3 days. It is a beautiful rug, I deducted one star because there is a white spot on the crease down the middle from folding it to ship. Other than that it seems very well made and matches the picture exactly.
Always love working with Manhattan Rugs. Quality products. Fair prices. Free FedEx shipping. Reliable/dependable business. Totally satisfied with my 3 purchases. Thank you.
Love the rug. Colors are vibrant and go so well in our living room. Packed very efficiently and promptly delivered to us in excellent condition!! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a rug with character at a great price point.
Excellent selection; quick shipping & beautiful product !
Beautiful rug, very reasonably priced. Very well wrapped for delivery. Would ptotect agsindt the weather.
The rug (our second in a month) was maybe a little better looking than the picture. Shipping/delivery exceeded our expectations and the price was very reasonable for the quality, which was excellent.
The rug is beautiful and arrived on time. I would recommend this company 100%
Very competitive pricing for quality rugs, great packaging, have 5 in my home.
Catalina was so nice and responsive. I’ll be back soon. Thank you
Good prompt service. Very good product. Shipping and handling professional
Beautiful rug, exactly as pictured, with super quick delivery. 10/10 and will be back!!
Great selection; pictures are very accurate - I used the “see it in your room” option which was very useful. The rugs - and the pads that are cut to exact size - are of great quality. Fast shipping. This is the 7th rug I have bought from them - an excellent company to deal with.
The rug came quickly and it was well packaged.
Rug is not uniform in color. Several feet at one end of the rug is much darker than the rest of the rug. There are also smaller areas throughout that are darker. Im seriously considering returning it.
Beauty of rugs, quality of service.
amazing customer service, and gorgeous carpets
I didn't order rug pads with the rugs I purchased and realized I needed them -- a big dog displaced my hall rug when turning the corner. M Rugs had my previous order on file and shipped out quickly. A good investment, good price to help protect my floors and new rugs which I love. I highly recommend them.
Took a gamble on a hand-knotted Moroccan multicolored area rug for our main den, and wow totally paid off. The website is an absolute rabbit hole because they have so much inventory, but filtering helps. Catalina ws a gem and helped me double check the pile height before I bought. Delivery was incredibly fast. It did arrived with some heavy creases from being wrapped so tightly, but they smoothed out after a few days of vacuuming. Definitely buyingbour hallway runner here next.
The is the 3rd rug I have purchased from Manhattan Rugs. Every rug has looked exactly as it did on the website. All 3 are beautiful and unique . This last one was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It is thick, very colorful and of excellent quality. The prices have been very reasonable too. I highly recommend Manhattan Rugs!
