Excellent quality and options. Customer service was helpful in narrowing down the options. Once selected, the process was quick and expedient. I received the rug the very next day! It was exactly as described and beautiful. I would recommend them highly!
Nice traditional pattern rug. Fair price and fast service.
Beautiful rug, exceeding our expectations. Very well made and a great addition to our master bedroom
Fast shipping! Rug is even more beautiful in person!
Impressive web site with pictures, details, etc., not to mention pricing. We got exactly what we ordered in a timely fashion, no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend doing business with M.R.
THE SERVICE. I placed the order Sunday afternoon I called to request a 10% discount that I saw on the cover page for Manhattan Rugs As promised I received the discount and the promise that the rug would be shipped on Monday. My rug arrived at 2:45 PM on Tuesday Love the rug. It a perfect setting for my living room
Purchased my 2nd rug from Manhattan recently. The quality is superb, for both rugs. And the value for money is very good. The website, and photos are great and help the selection process immensely. Very pleased overall.
First of all, we love the rug and the colors. The only issues we have are that the rug is not true to size, it is 2 inches short on one side, and we are having a heck of a time getting the ripples out of the rug. There are some pretty good creases that we are having difficulty smoothing out. There is also some pilling on the rug which is why we rate 4 stars.
I’ll send you my experience as soon as I’m able to get it done
Excellent selection. Great service and shipping notifications. I've purchased several rugs from Manhattan Rugs and all have been beautiful and great quality handmade knotted rugs.
The rug was shipped quickly, well wrapped with pad. The rug absolutely met our expectations. Great service Thank you
Extremely useful website. You are able to easily navigate around site zeroing in on style, size and price. When I had a question I called the help line and was greeted by a knowledgable and helpful associate. This was the second rug purchased from Manhattan, and will probably not be our last.
Great, speedy service. I had mistakenly ordered an extra pad, but customer service alerted and refunded me. Rug is gorgeous.
Delivery was quick. Rug is beautiful.
Excellent communications; superior quality product at a fair price; super speedy shipping and quick customer service response time and just a great consumer experience overall.
Beautiful product, fair price. Everything promised was delivered.
My rug is beautiful. It is just as described, arrived quickly and was packaged well. It is a very good value for the price. I called with a question prior to purchasing my rug and an agent answered the phone. So nice to have good customer service. I would not hesitate to buy another rug from Manhattan Rugs.
