Can't be constructive except to say: keep doing everything as you always have...from web order and tech for viewing room on screen to the perfect packing, prompt delivery, and exquisite rug that looks exactly as advertised, we are delighted. This is the third rug we have purchased from Manhattan. Fair prices/beautiful products/great selection
I called Manhattan Rugs prior to ordering the rug I wanted. The woman who answered was able to answer my questions right away and confirmed that the rug I ordered was indeed as beautiful as the photo. The rug came the day promised and is stunning and of excellent quality. This is the 2nd rug I've ordered from Manhattan Rugs and both are fairly priced, the colors in the photos true to life and quite beautiful. The rug mats are of fine quality as well. I highly recommend this company.
We have been purchasing beautiful rugs from Manhattan Rugs for our clients for a couple of years now. They are absolutely beautiful and very high quality. We've worked with Catalina and she has been wonderful to work with - answering all of our questions, verifying colors, etc. The rugs ship so quickly and we're always excited to see them in the client's new space. We stopped looking anywhere else for rugs. Manhattan Rugs has been a great find for us!
