This company is garbage. Please do order from them if you value your money. Didn’t receive the quality product that was advertised. Tried to get a return and refund the day I received and couldn’t get it. They offered a discount on the next purchase. There will never be another one. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.

I'm s cripple after a stroke
I'm s cripple after a stroke. I must have zipper boots or low boy slip ones. Nobody caters to my needs but at least here I found a selection and boots I can use. The boots I have ordered here are of the highest quality, and should last me for the rest of my years. After purchasing low cut and side zipper boots I'm wondering why I struggled with traditional Boots in the past.
Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Chinese garbage. They reply to your request for return with a chatbot and an offer for a 5 dollar coupon. All of the sudden I support 1000% tariffs on Chinese goods
Wrong product, no exchange or refund
What I received was not at all what I ordered. I requested a refund and was denied. They claimed I did not request the refund within the 14 day window but I did! I requested it the day I received the wrong item. Do they count the 14 days it took for them to process and ship my order? How is that fair?

Don't buy anything from this company
Don't buy anything from this company, it seems like a scam. When I didn't see a shipping notification a week after placing my order I went looking for reviews, and discovered that the quality is terrible if you even receive the item you actually ordered. I have been trying to cancel my order and get a refund now for over a week, and they are refusing to do either, just keep offering me coupons if I'll keep my order. Terrible customer service, terrible experience all around.

Stay away from this company, not only did they send me the wrong shoes, they didn’t give me a full refund only 25% of the purchase price and I had to fight with them tooth and nail via email to get that!!!😖😖 worst shoe company I ever experienced on line!!

Garbage!!
Garbage!!! Do not waste your time or money on this website. The boots (MEN'S VINTAGE LACE-UP BOOTS 95595110YL) I ordered (on 01/27/25 arrived 03/05/25) were not made of high quality leather like they claim but of a very thin, fake, leather looking material. The stitches were made using very thin gauge thread and will most likely not last past a couple of wears. The soles were hard plastic/ rubber like material that didn’t provide any cushion. The buckles were thin metal of some kind and didn’t seem to be of any quality either. I requested a refund and I left a review on their website but the review was removed within minutes. The other 4 “raving reviews” were all posted within a couple days of each other which leads me to believe that they are bogus and set up to make the company look good. Too bad the customer service department didn’t act as fast as the customer relations department.

The boots my husband received were CHEAP!! Flimsy!!!! And not the quality this company advertising. I requested a return authorization and yet to receive it. Do not buy from this company! You will be very upset and waste your money.

I purchased a pair of boots for my son's birthday. The advertised product online deviates significantly from the received item, exhibiting notable discrepancies. Upon contacting customer support, an offer for a discount on a subsequent transaction was extended. This proposition is unreasonable; given the unsatisfactory initial experience, further purchases are unwarranted.

I found a pair of boots I THINK like. The ordering process was simply thru PayPal. Let’s see if I actually like them, and if not, how easy the return process is.
Poor quality and very cheap
I ordered a pair of boots due to the great marketing on their website. What i thought I was getting was not what I got. The boots a very cheap and not leather at all. Its probably the worst quality made shoes I have ever bought. Once I received them I immediately emailed customer service and asked for a refund. I got a reply the next day offering 10% discount. I said no, I will not wear these boots just please send me a refund tag so I can send back for a 100% refund. The next day they offered 15%, then 20%, then 30%, then 35% then 40%, then finally they offered a 50% refund. They would not take a full refund for an answer. I finally, after 3 weeks trying, said refund the 50%. Terrible service and they do not stand behind what they write on the website.
