This site is a complete an absolute SCAM, my real rating is a negative -500 stars. They don't use real leather, they use a soft plastic, the photos fake you out, just out right terrible. Avoid these crooks at all cost...

Don't order from these folks! Worst quality ever and it took forever to receive! I cxled my order and they shipped anyway and don't want to send me information for the return! They keep sending bogus emails to wait out the return time frame. I have shipped the package back because who's paying $100 for some plastic boots!

Ordered the mens cap toe ankle boots for 110$ US dollars !! Took nearly 10 weeks to arrive & they are the WORST QUALITY I have ever seen !! DO NOT buy any mens Boots from this company !! This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. They have a picture of some really nice leather boots ( and they advertise top grain leather). And then they send me some cheap vinyl knock offs. They don't want to refund me and instead offer a low ball " money off". I paid them $100 and the knock offs are $30 on line. BAIT AND SWITCH!!

I ordered motorcycle boots from you about three weeks ago maybe a little longer, and I ordered the wrong color, black instead of brown! But the boots were nice anyway and they fit so I figured why not I could use a pair of black boots! When I let you people know, you gave me a generous code And now I have purchased the brown boots that I wanted for a very nice price. Thank you if I had to say something detrimental about your site, it would be that sometimes it takes a little longer than it should for someone to see the progress of the purchase! In other words, you should be more transparent in my opinion with shipping details! Thanks again for the discount and have a great day

Please please dont buy anything from this website!!!!! Bought a pair of $100 boots from this site and they sent me molds of the boots nothing that was described. It took 2 months after reaching out to paypal for a month!!! Tried reaching out to customer service no response... Went back thru paypal and they responded quick stating i recieved the boots.... boots are plastic not leather!!! Would love to leave a picture but cant!!!!

I ordered boots and I haven’t heard from them. Emailed four times still no response. Sent a claim through PayPal still no response. Starting to think this is a scam.

I found this site to be extremely easy to use. The purchase was made within minutes. The discount code was a big plus. Every dollar counts nowadays and with quality merchandise like this, it comes as a bargain. I can't wait to receive it and get my feet into these boots.

Lesson Learned
Placed an order on 1/27/25 and have received nothing but the initial confirmation email since. I tried to write after 2 business weeks to follow-up and no response. I tried again twice last week and still no response. It has now been 14 business days since.the order was placed. There is no customer service. After reading the reviews it seems I may have a 50/50 chance of receiving something. Fingers crossed, but I am not hopeful. Even the company email address is sketchy and points to no business at all. Lesson learned. I will not be so easily lead to make online purchases without investigating first.
MANUSUAL - Distressed Boots
Bought a pair of distressed boots from Manusual. I see some conflicting reviews so thought I would share my experience. Boots took about 2-3 weeks to arrive. They looked and fit perfectly. Price was reasonable and I would definitely buy from them again.
Know what you're dealing with!
I bought a pair of boots that seemed to be a reasonable price. I should have read the shipping and cancellation/return policies first! The bad: they are SLOW in getting the products to you. Their refund policies allow them to keep your returned product AND your money! The worst: They send boots that look nice enough in a bag! By the time the boots got to me the tops were horribly wrinkled. They certainly were not fit for the occasion I bought them for. Once I figured out that they weren't going to get to me on time, I tried to cancel the order 8 times! They ignored the request. The other/unknown: The boots are not fit for formal wear due to the creases from shipping. But they are very comfortable. The insides make it obvious they are made by a smaller outfit, they are definitely not name brand. I don't know yet how long they will last. The better I guess: When I got back from my trip that I bought boots from that giant mail order company for, the boots from Manusual were at my house. When I asked to return them, they asked for pictures of the damage. After a couple days, I had to remind them that I sent the pictures. They responded with a link for me to buy a new pair for free, but I had to pay shipping! Figuring that was the best I was going to get out of them, I paid the shipping. Sure enough, the new pair showed up in a bag with the tops wrinkled.

A scam
I ordered months ago and still no boots. I have tried many times to contact them with no response. I have contacted my Credit Card co. and they have received no response. This company is a scam. Stay away.
Returns are an act of congress
Ordered a pair of boots. They arrived way late. Ended up buying a pair from elsewhere that arrived way before these guys. Now they are giving me the run around on returning for a credit. They offered me a $15 coupon if I kept the boots and now they want pictures of the boots. What a friggen scam and a joke. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
