I bought a pair of The Skull Men's Black Biker Boots as well as a Bracelet Rhinestone Blue together totaling $118 and change after the discount.
The purchase cleared my bank on the 18th (debit). I didn't receive an Order Number until the 19th. So now we.are.at 48 hours with a guaranteed 24 hour shipping for purchases over $99.00.

Jasmine has emailed me nothing shy of Six times asking me for my Order Number..As well as my shipping info and contact information. I abliged all Six times as they were both Christmas Presents and I was on a timeline.
I started asking for a Refund by Day 3 but continue resending contact information praying they would arrive or a refund may come.
I have reported Manusual to the Consumer Financial Protection Board as well as my bank and the FTC.
I truely hope you dont fall prey to these people but if you do please make reports to all the same agencies at minimum so they will eventually start to deliver what they say or get shut down.
The sad part it they passed the litmus test from a consumers whom worked with the largest US Id Theft Protection Company..
completely unprofessional. delivery for $34 takes more than 10 days, I write cancel the delivery, we can't answer. if the delivery is $34 it should be 2-3 days and not more than 10 days.
I found the description of the product to be helpful but not complete. You should mention if the boots have side zipper or not. One of the reviews mention the size of the lace holes but the boot has no laces.
I ordered a pair of riding boots a couple of weeks ago and the website claimed free 3-5 day shipping. That time frame came and went so I started reaching out to them last week. Yesterday I received the following (AI?) response:

So, I ordered these boots for a one-off party that is tomorrow. Obviously they won't arrive in time. So my only course of action is go on any site I can to leave a shitty post.
Don't waste your money.
For the younger generation you offer plenty of wild styles with belts, straps and all that cool stuff but the older guys could use more zipper style boots.
Also if you are going to offer discount codes just give the discount. Don't play games with 10% off and then 15% and so on. Of course I ordered my boots and the very next e/mail you send offer 30% off. So of course I get screwed 10%. That's not good business !!

My order is well beyond the commitment date. I have emailed multiple times to cancel my order and keep getting a reply from Jasmine with variations of the same thing along the lines of "Thank you for your patience, we are really busy and have lots of orders,.
We're sorry." Today I get an email asking me to choose another selection because something is out of stock. They will NOT listen to me and cancel the order. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and I am ready to scream. You missed your commitment, not my responsibility. I was patient another week and a half and they hadn't even prepared the shipment. I am done, CANCEL. Their website says "100% Customer Service Guarantee". WHATEVER!
Ordered these boots for me, size 10.5 wide. From the picture they looked like a quality "Dingo Boot." It took several weeks to be delivered. They came in a small box all folded up. After opening the box, I knew why they folded up. Woe, these are the cheapest form of leather, if it's real leather, that I have ever felt. They are by no means the quality of a Dingo Boot. The heel and sole are so thin, I'm afraid I will twist my ankle and fall in them. I would wear through the sole in a week if I wore them everyday. All I can say is CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP and don't waste the money on them.
UPDATE: Order got delivered.
Placed order. Got charged. Received fake tracking number. No response from the seller. Opened case with the BBB. Stay away from this "Merchant".
