Absolutely do not but from this website. The boots I ordered were advertised as 100% real leather and the boots that showed up were pretty much plastic and look nothing like the picture on the website. The return process has been nothing shy of a nightmare, it’s been two weeks since I’ve initially requested a return and have been going through a back and forth of them offering 5% back to keep them. I have repeatedly told them I just want to return these boots but they seem incapable of accepting a return. Absolutely horrible customer service and the product is complete garbage.
Update: Once I finally agreed to a refund (which took weeks) they sent an email saying it would take 6 months to process. In what world is that acceptable, I would expect to see a refund within 2 weeks at the longest. Everything about this company is a red flag.

It is a shop with fake and low quality products.
They copy fotos from high quality, less known brands and the product you get is a crappy plastic boot/ shoe that stinks (from plastic) which is not worth 5 bugs...
The shop is one of the many traps ... and should be banned.

Quality is HORRIBLE! Not leather as advertised, when requested to return for a refund, which is offered on their website, they want to give you credit or refund in increasing increments of $5! I have been vack and forth 16 times and am currently offered 50%, they do not understand NO! I WANT A REFUND!
I would never recommend they refuse to adhere to their own refund policy!
I would never recommend this company for anyone to do business with! I’ve been trying for weeks to get a refund for a product which was substandard as I saw it! I’ve contacted both the AG’s office in my state as well as the AG’s office in California where listed to do business in! Still fighting for them to jist keep their word regarding returns and refunds!
The description of the boots I ordered says "High Quality Leather" and "Hand Stitched". The boots I received were mostly plastic and very little leather. Nothing at all like the picture on their website. I can't get to their support email so I don't think they will allow me to return them. I will never order from them again.
I was promised real leather! I never received the boots I ordered back in January! What they sent me was VINYL...yeah! Vinyl boots rolled up in a baggy! There are legitimate sites out there...THIS ISNT ONE! They flat out ripped me off!! By the way...this company is aka Alpha Western Wear!
Was looking for a boot that would be Suitable for riding on a classic motorcycle. Was looking for something simple with buckles and a side zipper. looking forward to seeing and trying the boots on once they arrive.
Terrible product, not as advertised. They are refusing to do a return of their product or refund the money within one day of receiving the product. Do not buy from this place their product is garbage and not as advertised, and they must be using AI or something. If you want the cheapest piece of crap product possible then I guess by from Manusual.
I would still rather throw my money in a fire then buy from this company again.
After 12 business days pass and my order still shows ‘processing’, I get an email that states the item is not in stock and to select from a link. Link simply goes to the store. The shoe that they tell me is not in stock is for sale there still. I ask for a refund.
I get a response in broken English, “We are sorry to apologize for the inconvenience. If you agree change another item you want, we will give you $15 coupon.”
I repeat my request for a refund.
I get the same response in broken English, “We are sorry to apologize for the inconvenience. If you agree change another item you want, we will give you $20 coupon.”
I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. I will not do business with these people ever again. I suggest you do the same.
First off... You're one of the few merchants that offer a wide size. Finding a 12 wide shoe/boot online is not easy. 2nd you have a vast selection of boots to choose from.
