I ordered my ring to the US on August 6 and I have yet to receive the ring. On August 15, it said the ring arrived to the facility on my home state. From there, I never got it. I reached out to customer service and somehow they had the incorrect address although the address is correct on my order confirmation email. I reached out and have been told the same thing that the ring has reached the facility and will be delivered within 1-3 business days. This was August 17. It is now September 1 and I still have not received the ring - my wedding was August 28. I had to order a new ring because this one never came. I have been reaching out for a full refund but am continuing to get the run around. I’m glad other people had a great experience but mine has been horrible.

My rings were perfect and beautiful. I was a bit hesitant and my only disappointment was how cheaply the sent them in bags and not a ring box. I bought three sets of rings and all they packaged them in were plastic bags!!!! Two sets were for wedding and engagement, how am to open a bag???!!

I've ordered 4 rings from and I love them all. 4 rings so far! It's really easy getting them resized if they don't fit when you get them. They stay in contact with you the entire time your ring in route to your home. The whole experience is just very positive and that makes you want to order from them again.

Refused to refund Bought a ring and within days of receiving decided to return, first they gave an option to send return details or get a replacement. I declined the replacement then they switched up and tried to get me to keep it saying they're a small business and even after declining they refused to send the return details so we could not return it nor are we able to get our money. Buy I highly advise that you do not buy from them!

When l saw this ring l knew it was the one l wanted. I haven’t had my wedding band for over 20years when l lost one washing my hands one day. This ring looks great and I am very pleased with my purchase. I had trouble with the shipping in that l was given a delivery date by USPS and the day it was to be delivered nothing showed up. When l went in and checked ked the tracking information the USPS said that it was not deliverable. So l contacted Emily and she was so very helpful. I received my ring last week (about 10 days after the original delivery date). It was beautiful.Emily has checked back twice since the delivery to Mae sure l am satisfied. Great customer service but they may need to improve their shipping services.
