I ordered a ring from Marco Voletti Jewelry when it arrived it was too small, I sent the company an email and for a small fee they sent me a larger size ring that fits perfectly, The ring is a good weight and lovely, I get compliments when I wear it.

When the rings arrived, I was impressed by their beauty. I have worn them daily since. I have made purchases at Marco Voletti before, and I've yet to be disappointed.

Love the ring. I ordered the size that according to the actual ring sizer said and the ring did not fit, it was a lil small. I emailed and did the size correction for $20 and ordered a new ring a half size bigger. Just got it last week. All in all I love the ring, it looks great. Great quality. My future wife loves it!

Communication was great, my questions about the product were always answered within 48 hours. I needed a replacement because my order did not fit and they worked with me in getting the right size to me. I am satisfied with the final product and service offered. I highly recommend Marco Veloti.

My wife ordered my replacement rings, was surprised when it came with a silicon ring as well. Now she has me wear the silicon one for work the actual ring when we go out. She was very happy and satisfied with the size and style.

Order was sent expeditiously. Unfortunately, I messed up with the ring size. When I contacted them about the issue, they responded immediately and offered to send me another one once I know the correct size for a modest cost of shipping and handling. I am awaiting the arrival of the next ring.

Royal mail lost our rings customer service was excellent to get new ones

ordered our rings for our wedding on 24th Jun the arrived in UK on the 14th June and sat in a royal mail delivery center without moving for a week. the day before the wedding and after several calls to Royal mail they were declared as lost. Communication with Marco Voletti was very good and Emily3 in customer service was excellent in arranging replacement rings out to us to replace the lost ones which was not Marco Volettis fault. Our new rings reached us in 5 days and we are very happy with the quality of them. Thanks to Emily3's help we now have a wedding bands and are very happy

The customer service is useless

The customer service is useless. I don't have my order and they don't reply to my emails at all. I would never recommend this business to nobody. I ordered a ring and the shipping company came to my house and left saying the apartment only start at 5 so they left my number is 4 on the other side of the dang building it’s been 5 weeks now no ring and no money back. Customer service sucks they need to call that company get my ring back and go through a different shipping company but they are not doing anything to help at all. So I hav no ring and it’s way past my wedding date to have it and I don’t have my money for it I’m so sad and hurt right now do not buy from this company.
