They had the wheelchair part I needed and were priced better than other suppliers. They even called to make sure it was the right part I needed. They shipped it out very quickly too. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

My greatest experience from…
I had the greatest experience from start to finish.
I first phone MarcsMobility after making my research on "YouTube". I was impressed with the way they demonstrated the wheelchairs and they had the specific type and model I was looking for.
The lady on customer service I first spoke with, was very polite and made me felt welcomed and also answered my questions quiet adequately. She then put me on to Michael (Sales). From the time I spoke with Michael, I felt comfortable that we could work together. Even though we are in the same state I was concerned about the distance because I do not drive and was apprehensive how I would get there to view the chair, but Michael told me how and what they would do. I felt confident. We discussed the two types of chairs I was interested in and he made other recommendations. In the end I settled for one on the chairs which he demonstrated and although I went in with one particular make in mind, after seeing the other chair I eventually got (without any twisting of my arm) I was able to make up my mind on my choice.
The chair came on a Friday evening late and I was already settled in bed, being bedridden and totally disabled, but I was so excited to see the chair that I asked my husband to take me to it.
The only disappointment I had is that I did not get a demonstration. Anyway, the chair came with a manual which we had to follow to get it started. I was able to use it to go to the doctor the following week and all is well, still learning as there are many features.
So thank you Michael for all your help and support on my
purchase of the "Permobil 3" I love it, and to everyone else who helped me when I phoned with all my silly questions. Thanks again!
