I do not recommend this company. I placed an order in May 2026 and still have not received my item. They took my money, but I have received nothing in return.
Every time I contact customer service, they send me a tracking number that does not work or cannot be verified. After months of waiting, I still have no product and no refund.
This has been a very frustrating experience. If you are considering ordering from this company, be careful. Based on my experience, they failed to deliver my order and have not resolved the issue despite repeated follow-ups.
Very disappointed. I feel like my money was taken and I was left with nothing but excuses and fake tracking numbers. Avoid this company.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, scam, scam, scam…… I wouldn’t even give it a one star. The tracking number is false and they said it had been delivered when it wasn’t. Didn’t get my dress to an event I was going to. They are emailing me pretending that there investigating it. Load of shit !!
I made a $173.00 order on June 26th and the only thing the tracking # says it's in Texas somewhere. I live in Tennessee. Sent an email to the contact service.marialady.com and I get a message back saying their site is under maintenance. So now I'm without my dresses for a very special event. I wish I would of read all the reviews.
If negative five stars was an option, I'd give this company one without hesitation. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend Marialady to anyone unless you want to risk being left with absolutely nothing to wear for an important event.
I ordered my dress well in advance for my birthday, only to be met with poor communication, misleading tracking information, and terrible customer service. Despite repeatedly raising the issue, they continued insisting my parcel had been delivered—even though the tracking clearly showed it was delivered to a completely different location, nearly 19 hours away from where I live.
Instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake, they refused to acknowledge the obvious error and left me without my order. It's incredibly disappointing to spend your hard-earned money on a company that doesn't care about its customers once they've been paid.
Save yourself the stress, wasted money, and disappointment. Shop somewhere else. I certainly won't ever be ordering from Marialady again.
Cheap dupes but don’t put yourself through the stress. They apparently sent my dress twice Tracking numbers and all. It says it delivered to a different state. Twice!!!!!!!!
TOTAL FRAUD! . Definitely same PEARL DRESS order as the other commenter. I received a reply that it was sent to the wrong state. Please shut them down!!!
This website is a front! Total scam. Go see the Rosanna Pansino YouTube channel she did a video April 2026 “I bought AI scam products to see what shows up”. She showed this same website where she ordered a pearl dress for $38 and it never arrived but the company did respond saying it was delivered in another state! How are they still active! Is anyone reporting them? Every image of every product is Ai. Please go to these websites and report them! They take this seriously! We can shut them down permanently.

If -1 stars was on option I would pick it. Don't buy from here your item you don't get it or it's a non existent item that's "delivered" to the wrong address. Contact your banks for the money back if u bought from here because tried emailing them twice and never got a response.

Since December, I bought a dress. It is March and it still hasn't arrived. It shows that it was delivered at Greensboro, NC. I have sent multiple emails and they don't answer. This is a SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Wish I had read the reviews before I paid them £47 for a dress. It didn’t arrive and when I chased it up, they said it was delivered. They followed up with a tracking audit which showed the order delivered to an address in Glasgow, Scotland - I live in England. No refund received, they just keep telling me to wait! Fuming!!
