Worst experience ever!!
Worst experience ever!!! Do NOT buy tickets from these people! Bought JT tickets for my wifes 40th and he cancelled and when he rescheduled we are out of town. Ironically they do not not refund your money....TicketMaster would refund your money! Plus their fees are much more excessive than other sites. Marks tickets are a joke and should not be allowed to sell tickets! SCAM!!!!!!!
We are a resale marketplace. We are not the ticket holders or box office. If the box office gives a refund, the seller would in turn give you a refund. However, since the event will still take place, the tickets you have are valid for the new show. The tickets are yours to use or to resell if you cannot attend the event. Thank you for choosing Mark's Tickets.
