I saw the speaker on a video that I came by while scrolling on my fyp. I fell in love with it and just needed to have it, my expectation weren't high considering the price. But it works great! The sound is good, although It does make some sound when the head moves but it is an easy fix by turning up the volume. The pause- feature is a very good and helpful feature. I find that i can be a little slow in pausing the music after taking the headphones of, but I honestly don't mind it at all. In my opinion the speaker has a good battery life aswell. I am a bit disappointed that the speaker doesn't have buttons to turn up or down the volume which could over all improve the product and satisfy costumers. But overall It's definitely a good product, and i do recommend it especially for that price. :)

I ordered a pingu speaker and I enjoy it! It seems sturdy and as pictured on the website. The only thing is that the eyes are a bit odd, he's kind of got a lazy eye which I think makes the speaker loose a bit of charm. The shipping took a while, but it was shipped across the world and there were some holidays at the time of shipping. The tracking worked well and was easy to follow. I also find the website easy to navigate. Overall I'm very happy, aside from pingus lazy eye. The company seems very good, the shopping experience was easy and shipping time was ok.

Didn’t receive my package. I ordered my package at may 29 however it’s June 15, and still didn’t get it. I reached to customer service and I’m waiting for them to reply back to give me a refund or a replacement since the shipping company they used it’s the worst. THIS IS NOT LEGIT.

I received my camera today, unfortunately I thought that my package had a problem Because I waited a long time but it arrived in good condition and I'm really happy with my purchase. The video quality is really good and the camera works perfectly, just the photo quality is pretty poor but it's really a good product if you want to do some memorie in a vintage way. I recommend !

My new order was a 20% off order at £8 and they charge my £9 I questioned it forgetting about the deal but as it came up again In my email I remembered, they said no they are £9 it's to do with inflation so the told will be more. I sent the a photo of the item saying £8 after discount and the photo of what was charged. It's free postage and I have never pay inflation before on my other orders. I don't think I will ever order from here again as they have broken my trust 😕

I placed an order with MarTUBE and never received my package, even though the tracking showed it was "delivered." The tracking map clearly showed it was dropped off at the wrong address, but when I contacted customer service, they told me to reach out to the courier myself instead of taking responsibility. As a customer, I expect the seller to ensure proper delivery and assist with issues—not deflect them. I’ve shared proof, including a screenshot of the incorrect delivery location, and still received no resolution. Extremely disappointed with both the experience and the lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this site.

The products are absolutely adorable
The products are absolutely adorable. The attention to detail and all of the little extras included are amazing. I am a huge Sanrio fan and Le Petite Prince fan. I cannot get over the quality of the products. I have ordered multiple times from them. My biggest complaint and really only complaint Is the lack of communication from the store. When I first ordered, I emailed multiple times On different platforms to get a status of my order and never heard back. The items did arrive but two weeks late. I have ordered three more times and they have all arrived, but have arrived late.
