I rated my experience a 5/5. The MMI team fixed the payment they officially didn't receive. They evidently finally received my Bill Pay amount and activated my insurance in a few days so I could continue to be insured. It's great to be able to access free CEU courses also.
The customer service is always excellent. They have very competitive pricing and make it so easy!!

I had a few questions I left messages multiple times I scheduled an appontment on line a week in advance and noone called me.

The website was very user friendly as well as support staff. Signing up for Reiki insurance was almost too easy because I had to call and confirm all was set. On the other hand, I was a bit confused by the subsequent emails, indicating I had not completed my purchase. However, the representative assured me all was set.
