The insurance agent left me a voicemail that he was going on vacation and didn’t know when he would return. He was not very professional!! I almost missed my contract deadline. He never placed a backup agent to work with me. He deserves to be fired!
I do not like that I need to call a phone number in order to add additional insured, other insurance companies I have used have everything automated so i can just add or remove additional insureds any time. Maybe is ok for many people but for me is a draw backk, I will not renew with them.
