So far so good! I only recently signed up and have had a wonderful experience so far. The price beat out my previous insurance provider by a significant amount and the service was rated higher too. I don't love the no cancellations policy but I'm hopeful that I will love this insurance company so much that it won't matter. I would suggest to the company that they send a copy of the complete insurance plan or include it in accounts on the member page. I see the certificate of insurance but not the policy spelled out and would feel more comfortable if I could review it. I plan to request a copy. I also would love to see a list of the covered modalities. Perhaps there is one and I haven't found it yet. Again, overall very pleased with the price, the ease of signing up, and the customer service.
