The mats were the exact measurement I ordered and the colors perfectly matched the representation on-line. I had a custom size and did a double mat with an accent color. This was my 3rd order and I wouldn't purchase from anyone else. My order was sent out quickly, was packaged well to prevent damage and was expertly done.
Great first experience with this company!!! And I ordered Midnight Blue mats…… The color was a rich navy blue. Way prettier than the website depicts. Thanks soo much!
The product was superb and the colors were true to those listed on the website. The shipping was expedient and the customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend.
Absolutely a top notch service. I haven't ordered a frame before, just matborads but I'm delighted with it. The packing is second to none. Fabulously done. Thank youy
This is not my first order and, as usual, very impressed! The two custom mats were perfect! The process online is easy. Items were shipped quickly and they are so nicely packaged when they arrive. Thank you and I'll be back!
The shipment arrived faster than expected and the quality was outstanding!
Delivered exactly what I ordered, very quick delivery, and well packaged to prevent any damage during shipment! Excellent all-around service!!
My package arrived damaged on two ends but due to the over the top packing my mat arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for all the efforts in getting my order cut and shipped perfectly ! I will continue to purchase from you in the future !
When I questioned my measuring and asked for someone to look it over (a real person) they were very responsive and quick. I truly appreciate the human touch.
Great product. Easy to order. High quality. Fast shipping. Perfectly packaged.
Easy online order, quick and accurate service
Always prompt and exact. Only company I deal with for framing.
Good quick service, fair price, beautiful work
I’ve purchased frames and matboards from Matboard and More numerous times. In each case, theyhave been quick, the product expertly packed and everything sent exactly as ordered it. Very high quality!
Love these guys! Mats are always top notch and quick to ship
Wonderful, beautiful end product and ability to order specific colors and dimensions online. Company extremely prompt and responsive when I needed to make changes to dimensions. I am extremely pleased with my experience. Suggest more color selections. Also, using my phone to order, I could not access all of the dimensions (i.e., 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4) off to the side; I could not get them to slide in to view in order to select.
The website was easy to use. My order came quickly and was exactly what I had envisioned. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Your website is easy to navigate and flexible when completing an order. I was able to get exactly what I needed. The item was delivered on time and it was carefully packaged to prevent any damage. I thought that the cost was also reasonable.
