Purchased promo package,but didn't receive free spins. This is happening not for the first time. When tried to contact live chat, 3 times my ticket was closed without answering to me, so disrespectful, also it is not first time when megabonanza support treat customers differently based on their race, gender. I would have given a higher rating but here is why I didn't. I have been a member of Megabonanza for quite some time. Long enough that I have been a platinum customer since probably not long after 2025 Xmas and New Yrs. So as a platinum customer you would think that im doing real good by them. I have come to the conclusion that they are basically a scam and they don't care about your needs or wants. Every Monday I log in to day my weekly bonus wheel and..........................ummmmmm yea, every single week its the same amount on the wheel. 4 dollars is what I get. $4!!!!! Here and there yea that's fine. But every week faithfully for over 6 months as an platinum customer of theirs you would think I could hit a different number on the wheel. Nope!!!! Every week, same thing. $4!!!!!! Don't waste your money people. I won't say it is a scam scam but my cash outs are taking longer and longer compared to in the begining. Im also not winning anything period to cash out and that's with depositing thousands. I really feel the Platinum tier love. The crazy part is how do you for over half a year spin the same wheel every Monday and the win amount never once changes. Screams set up. I also had contacted customer service because I had got a new phone, phone number, whole 9and i needed to update my information. I hit a jackpot worth $1900+. I had also built my account up over $2500. I requested redemption of $2400 and suddenly my account was closed permanently based on this email I have received: "Following a thorough internal investigation, your account at megabonanza.com has been permanently closed due to a violation of our Terms of Service, which you agreed to upon registration" There is no explanation of what violation I allegedly committed and this company has literally kept $2400 of money that I had earned. My experience is that this company or online casino is NOT reputable and players need to be aware that they can keep your money at anytime. There is no voice contact with a live human, just email correspondence with no details. I would not recommend this gaming operator to anyone. Buyer be aware!!!!! The response by Megabonanza is a joke, never have they given any specific violation they assert has occurred. Their only communication is via email.
