Very reasonable return rate. Their machines are great and pay out really well per line hit. Customer service is fast and they even have a live chat if you need assistance fast. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the redeem time is a tiny bit longer than other sites but still a smooth process.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when gameplay results are not what you hoped for. Please note that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators, ensuring that every spin is completely random and fair. Because of this, wins and losses can vary significantly from one session to another, and previous results do not influence future gameplay. We appreciate your honest feedback and thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Customer service was quick to respond. And they fixed my problem.. I have spent A LOT ofkney on Megabonanza. This is my favorite site to use. I am a widowed single Mom that puts me in a bad spot when I lose so much, Megabonanza helps my severe depression, but when I win and can redeem it helps me out so much.. Thanks for a great platform.... Feel free to send a bonus of some sort for such a great review. 😁🙂🙂
