Easy to use website. Can manage your server and plan all very conveniently and without hassle. Support has always been very helpful and nice. I've been using meloncube for a few years now after some bad experiences with other hosting sites, and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
Hassle free is what we do. Nothing is worse than having a struggle to do all the simple things. ;)
We have been hosting our own little Minecraft server with Melon Cube for more than two years now - we love the admin interface, the plugin installing feature, and just how well everything runs. For casual use with some friends, their "Zombie plan" is great value.
Zombies are very helpful. We are just proving how useful they can be. ;)
