The software was so easy to use with plenty of videos for anything you need to know. The audio quality could have been a bit better. I loved the idea of using the recording function which save me lots of time. A great product and customer service.

During my experience with Memorygram, I reached out a few times for guidance on personalizing the questions and was promptly assisted each time. Since this is a gift I was trying to organize for my parents remotely (we don't live in the same town) the constant support was extra appreciated! While there were a couple bumps at the end of publishing and ordering my book, the customer service representatives did assist sufficiently to get my item shipped accurately. The book is a matte finish and about 8.5x11 size. The pages are more delicate than preferred and matte finish again. There is a table of contents along with one QR code at the front of the book to access all audio stories. The product provides what we expected. I would prefer a higher quality gloss page for durability over time and could enhance the photos added to the book. I am thankful for the customer service to help wrap up this gift for my father.

The website was easy to use. I love that I could have many, many photos. I could write in the actual document or write in Google Docs or Word and then cut paste those documents into the book. I could change the titles and proofing was easy. The books turned out beautifully.

Memorygram was fantastic to work with, and they did exactly what they outlined that they would provide for services and support for the costs quoted. The quality of the book was outstanding! Their customer support was patient, kind, timely responding to my questions and really great to work with. As a grieving recent widower, I found creating this book to be very therapeutic to help me start to remember more of the good times with my wife. Upon receipt of the finished book, and sharing it with my kids and some friends, it was fun to see my kids' read items and see pictures that brought back fun memories. Simultaneously sharing pictures of my friends in my book gave us fun reliving the circumstances around the pictures. It also was rewarding to hear from them how much they valued me including them in my legacy book. Memorygram is a great program. I have already recommended it to a neighbor who lost his wife and to his daughter who lost her husband and is uncertain with what to do to document their memories for their descendants to have.
