I love meow want brand. I have two of your litter boxes. The lining in this one does not stay along the edging inside the litter box. It keeps coming loose and so the loose litter goes in underneath the liner.
Good Product, Disappointing and Exhausting Customer Service Experience
I have been shopping online for well over a decade, both in my home country and in the United States, and this has honestly been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I purchased directly from Meowant’s official website because I believed buying from the manufacturer would provide better customer service and after-sales support than purchasing through Amazon. Unfortunately, the opposite happened. The air purifier arrived with visible cosmetic damage. I reported it immediately after delivery and provided photos of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging. Instead of offering a straightforward solution, I spent weeks exchanging emails over what should have been a very simple case. The product was shipped only in its retail box, without an outer shipping carton, yet I was later instructed to ensure proper packaging for the return. I was also told not to use USPS for the return, even though Meowant had originally shipped the product to me via USPS. I was even advised to sell the damaged unit to someone else. As a customer who purchased a brand-new product, I found that suggestion completely inappropriate. I repeatedly explained that this was not a change-of-mind return. I simply received a damaged product. I had to quote Meowant’s own return policy and eventually request that my case be escalated to a supervisor before receiving a reasonable resolution. To Meowant’s credit, they eventually issued me a $40 partial refund, which I appreciate. However, what disappointed me most was not the damaged product, it was the customer service. The process became unnecessarily long and exhausting. Every step seemed to require another email, another explanation, and another negotiation. By the end, I accepted the partial refund simply because I was tired of continuing the discussion. The air purifier itself works well, and I also purchased one of Meowant’s self-cleaning litter boxes, which my cats have successfully adapted to. My issue is not with the product quality, but with how customer service handled a straightforward problem. Sadly, this experience has completely changed my opinion of buying directly from Meowant. If I ever purchase another Meowant product in the future, I will buy it through Amazon, even if it costs more. Paying a little extra is worth avoiding an experience like this. I sincerely hope Meowant improves its packaging, return process, and customer service, because customer experience is just as important as product quality.

I really like the size and the quiet cycling - not real happy with the litter sticking to the exit flap going into the disposal reservoir - also it is sticking to the plastic around the rubber mat area. Plus and minus - but so far - I do like the machine

Great so far!
Communication was great on tracking the delivery. Delivery was good, no dents or drops. The product was wrapped well and my cats loved the box. Great instructions on introducing your cat to the new way to go potty. One of my ragdoll cats used it immediately and never turned back. My other ragdoll is still using the old litterbox which is right next to the Meowant. I'm sure he'll come around soon. I haven't set up the app yet. Not sure I really need it but I hope it will soon be upgraded to tell me when it's time to change the litter.

Meowant sco2 Ugh, get your paper towels ready
We bought the Meowant sco2 for a single cat who will not share the Whisker 5 with the rest. We ordered in May and set up as soon as it came. Looking back, now that we are in August, I have wasted so many paper towels and cleaner since then as it leaks pee constantly. The cord is made of cloth,why did they do that? It is saturated in pee a lot. And the litter box itself is not very good. Saving up for another Whisker and I fully feel I have paid more in cleaning products not to mention labor on the Meowant than a traditional box since purchasing. I just ordered an aftermarket tray and pee pads to attempt to contain the leakage. So very sad I tried this product. My advice, don't do it. You do not gain freedom from scooping, you become a full time daily cleaning person. And the catch bin allows the waste smell to permeate through. I didn't give a one star because it is easy to disassemble to clean and it actually does run. Meowant go back to the design room and start over.
