Even the two month old kitten we just got uses it without any trouble. The best part for me is the size. It is small enough to fit into a closet that I leave somewhat open for the cats to go into. I love that the litter box is hidden.

We love the fact that we don't have to sift the litter anymore. I'm 74 and my husband is 72. It's too hard for us to do. Thank you for making this product . The only thing that would make it easier.. Enlarge it just a little bit, so my cats can completely fit in it.

This product was advertised to me in Australia. It was shipped to my former address in the US. I noticed that it had my old american address immediately after hitting "buy". There is no way to change an address or cancel the order. I immediately emailed customer service but didn't hear back for 2 days....but the product was shipped almost right away. For some reason they allowed a purchase from a credit card billing address that didn't match the accurate billing address. Now for a refund, they want me to send it to California from Maine instead of back to New Jersey, where it came from...almost definitely costing me 3 times more than it should to get a refund. That's the part that makes me think this company is not legit. It all seems fishy to me.

I have been using the self-cleaning litter box for almost 1 month now. It is operating efficiently so far. My kitten has not had any problem using it after his initial curiosity stage. It is helpful to use the app to track his usage. I really appreciate a very good alternative to the very pricey products on the market. I was worried at first about assembly, but once I just read and followed the instructions one step at a time, it was not that difficult.

When it is time to change the bag, you simply need to pull the drawstring tightly, lift it out, and place a new disposable bag inside. The cat pan I would say works as expected. The silicone is not replaceable without a whole drum replacement. You will wait months and months for the replacement without actually ever getting one. Save your money get one that sells replacements or has replacements. I moved this down to one stair because even with the reply it’s been over 30-days and was told the same thing by email. They will give you nothing but a run around for parts. Stay away! Welp now I’m adding more to my reviews! This company took months to replace my drum, little to NO communication. Complained when I asked for the replacement. Adding to the horrible customer emails only thinking of themselves 1st. They wanted me to update the review to a more positive review. How is this possible when it was a horrible experience all the way. They never responded even to the BBB. Only after filing a Complaint through the FTC did they actually replace the drum… to then ask for a better review. Stay away! They only care about themselves as a company and not the customer! Melody from customer service is horrible, with her condescending responses showing how much more they only care about themselves and thier reviews.
