I bought one for myself
I bought one for myself, but my granddaughter has two kittens and she wants one so I’m gonna give it to her for her kittens. I have no bad thing to say about it. It’s easy to clean out everything disposables in the box if there is anything negative as when they have bad poops and it smears on the drum that’s it and then I just know put on a glove and use a disinfectant wipe and clean it right out. I really don’t have any issue with it. It works fine and I’m very pleased with it.

Great product so far! I thought my cat would need some time to adjust and an hour or so after I put it together I got an alert that she was in the box lol. It gave her weight which is nice to have, because she's sick and I'm trying to get her back to normal... Pretty cool feature! Also I thought the adapter was missing but it was hidden inside the cardboard box lid, so be careful to check it before discarding!

Actually, to prevent the adapter from getting lost during transit, we usually place it safely inside the waste bin compartment. You just need to open the lid and take it out. I ordered the big cat litter box and…did not like it at all.
I ordered the big cat litter box and found that it did not work for me and my cats. It takes on a strong odor almost immediately. I would change the bags and it would still smell horrible. I would not recommend this product at all.

My husband and I love its self cleaning automation, they don’t smell, and great customer service. If I had one suggestion, it would be a way for the litter box to empty without spreading it around the inner walls; making a cleaner surrounding. Maybe a smaller grated trap door built in to the basin? Just a thought. Thank you!

The instructions to set up were clear. I love that the app monitors your cats health. I love that the waste bin bag isn't hard to get to stay in. I love that it comes with a litter mat. The delivery was fast and everything was in good shape. The order was great price.

The order is shipped in separate packages. They are not sent at the same time. 2 packages came a day apart and still waiting for the third to be shipped.

Only day 1 I have had it but within 2 seconds of installation my 1/2 cat's used it. It is very easy to install and use. The app is very helpful to determine which cat has used it as there is a scale that can help you determine that as long as you know your own cats weight. After the cat uses the device, you can also change how many mins of self cleaning which is VERY quiet. The price is worth every penny.
