I placed an order for a RadioMaster TX16S MK3 MAX on August 24, 2026, for approximately $365.
What should have been a normal international order turned into an extremely frustrating experience.
First, I was initially given an incorrect tracking number. After receiving the correct tracking number, the shipment remained in China and was eventually intercepted and returned to the sender. I never requested the shipment to be intercepted, cancelled or returned.
Logistics problems can happen. What I find unacceptable is how the situation was handled afterward.
I sent multiple emails and went several days without receiving a response. I also contacted MEPSKING through WhatsApp, where I would sometimes receive one reply and then no further response. There was very little proactive communication or follow-up despite this being a relatively expensive order that had already encountered a serious shipping problem.
I repeatedly had to contact the company myself to find out what was happening with an order that had already been fully paid for.
Almost one month after the original purchase, MEPSKING finally arranged a replacement shipment under a new tracking number.
After further follow-up through WhatsApp, they have now apologized for the inconvenience and additional waiting time and told me that the replacement package is currently with their logistics provider. I appreciate that they have finally acknowledged my frustration and apologized, but this response came only after weeks of poor communication and repeated attempts on my part to obtain information.
At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the replacement shipment to actually progress through international shipping.
The most disappointing part of this experience has not simply been the logistics problem itself, but the lack of timely communication, follow-up and concern for the customer after something went wrong. I trusted MEPSKING with a significant purchase and paid in full, yet I felt that I had to constantly chase the company for basic information about my own order.
I will update this review when the replacement shipment progresses and eventually arrives.
Worst Service ever. Ordered for a Race. Written delivery time 3 to 5 days. After it didn't came i asked and they sended it feom China. Then 5 to 15 days delivery time. Now close to 21 days later it is still not even arrived in my country. No excuse, no refund or something to compensate it. The first person feom customer service was at least very nice. The last one was just doing is job and beeing unfriendly. It's just about the price. Otherwise I can't recommend them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bunch of drone parts. Almost $200 worth. I was supposed to receive free battery straps, or else I would have ordered some. I only received my motors at first and no other tracking number. It took 3 days to get a response to tell me my order was split and the rest was coming from China. It too almost 3 weeks from then to get a tracking order and delivery. I finally put everything together just to realize one of the motors were defective. I’m still waiting for give me a response as to when they will send a replacement 3 days later.
I got 1404 motors and they are super smooth compared to other 1404 motors I have got. The screws are different than m2 ones we used to have in the hobby. It might be just my patch and it's been fixed by now probably.
Honestly the drone I put it in flys amazing, but the 10v did not work fresh out of the box. Thankfully the HDZERO v3 takes 5v. It has held up several several crashes in my 6s race drone.
I would like to divide my comment into two parts:
On one hand, I have had VERY good experiences with the SZ2306 1950kv motors and the SPACE SZ60A + SZ F7 HD FC stack. I use them separately and I am very happy with the performance of both. I mainly use the motors for flights where they don't take many hits, so I cannot give a rating on durability.
On the other hand, I am disappointed with the collaborations. I went all out to produce content on social media and help MEPS grow. I sent over 40 HD photographs when they only asked for 10, as well as many videos. When I approached them asking for a stack for a new project, they rejected me claiming they only collaborated on motors. A few days later, I saw some pilots I interact with on social media still receiving stacks. For this reason, I feel deceived.
However, I still receive messages from the MEPS team asking me to help grow the brand by participating in tests of their applications and doing reviews.
In conclusion, my rating is 3 out of 5 stars. The products seem to be of quality, but the treatment I received is not.
I have been using mepsking motors since they where launched newly. The florescent green is the best colour. The motors are cheap & good quality. Happy with my purchases.
The shop is great,there's plenty of good stuff and it's easy to navigate through. The support is answering fast and reliable!
I ordered 5 motors and only 4 arrived, but the support did everything they could to satisfy me and send me the rest

I had the opportunity to try engines and esc meps and in all honesty I was blown away, feeling from the first flight, keep up the good work fantastic products at a great price
I have been using several products from mepsking, ESC, FC, 5-inch motors, 3-inch motors, props, etc. I even have items on delivery which are 7-inch motors, everything works well, I like their products.
