Great customer service with prompt response to my issue. Love my vibration plate but recently lost my power cord in a move. Reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement and they sent me a new one at no charge. Recommend this company to everyone.
I was given a treadmill that was brand new and not working. The person who gave it to me bought another one because of health reason, he was unable to return the non working unit. I contacted Merach and explained the situation. I also told them that I believe I narrowed the problem down to the lower control board. They asked for the order number which I was able to get and they sent me a new lower control board at no charge. I just finished installing it and the treadmill now works perfectly. Thank you Merach for going above and beyond for me. Whoever gave a bad review was probably rude and entitled. My experience was quite pleasant and Merach could not have been more professional and helpful. Thank you Merach. You now have a lifelong customer. Top notch customer service.
After not receiving the package for several weeks, I decided to track it, and Amazon had sent it back to the company. I reached out to their support line and let them know what happened and send them pictures of the tracking of the package. They interned sent it right back when they received it and it took less than a week to get it so I was very happy for the quick response and forgetting the package. Their service was amazing..
They were thorough and responsive. As soon as they verified that the unit was defective, they sent a new one. It arrived before they said it would and it works perfectly now. Overall a great experience.

We had a problem with the machine while putting it together that made it impossible to be used. The main frame piece was bent inwards so the slide rail was not able to attach to the main frame. Customer service support was exceptionally excellent in working with us to help resolve the issue. It was clear that the unit needed to be replaced and the company did so quickly and with no hassle! Very happy with the outcome and expedited process in helping resolve the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
I like my vibration plate, really helpful for cooling down after a workout. Had an issue with shipping and I communicated that with customer service and they responded and reshipped my package and I received the replacement in 2-3 days . They are communicative and are all about making things easier for their customers. Recommend this company and their vibration plate.❤️❤️❤️

Update- The company reached out to me and offered a refund. I hurt my knee after using a treadmill that I purchased at the merach website and I spent two weeks emailing back and forth until they agreed to process the return. At the end, they did process the return.

Overall, the experience of purchasing our Merach was OK. There was a delay in the shipment by almost a week. There were a lot of parts to put together, however, we got her figured out. The bike is very well built and quiet when using it. It has a great seat for comfort.Would like to have more of a range of motion like the ROM Tech bike that the doctor had me use. I am glad the Merach we decided to buy the bike thathas upper and lower range of motion exercising. I am sure we will be able to use our Merach for years to come. Overall, we’re glad with the purchase.
I had a problem with my order due to a small computer glitch. They were easy to contact and they were extremely helpful in rectifying the problem. I have products from them, and they are great products. I definitely recommend them, not only because of their great products but because of their great customer service.

I ordered the vibration plate and unfortunately the one I received was defective (remote not working) and when I reached out to Merach, they assessed my concerns and after a few emails, they sent me another machine within a few days free of charge. I purchased an exercise bike from Merach. Very nice quality bike and affordable compared to similar type work out bikes. Additionally I later had an issue with a part which was my fault and customer service was very prompt and helpful with resolving the issue. I would recommend this brand and company to anyone looking for a quality and affordable work out bike.

The customer service is non existent, I’ve never had a worse customer service experience than this company. My MERACH W150 remote not working and I have been trying to reach them on the phone for almost a month now and have left them numerous voicemails to no avail No call back and bi response. My product is still under warranty, but I cannot get help from this company. It is very frustrating, I regret ever buying from them when I had so many options

I have 6 or 7 pieces from Merach and i love them all. Very affordable, very beginner friendly. I had misplaced my remote for my vibration plate and needed to order a replacement. It was very easy to order, but unfortunately i found it a few hours later. They were able to cancel my order quickly and proceed with a refund. Great company with fast shipping on everything i have ordered from them directly or through the tik tok shop.
Our order began with our credit card spitting out the wrong delivery address. It was late in the week and during the weekend it shipped but I could not get in touch with anyone to correct the address error. By Monday, Rosie contacted us and apologized for the inconvenience but assured us she would correct it. I was skeptical, having dealt with other companies that promised so much but I inevitably fell short. Rosie managed to do the impossible and worked it all out so that it arrived on time and at the correct address! Assembly was straightforward and soon we had an operational and amazing exercise machine! Thanks to all at Merach who made it possible! Kudos all around!
I bought a vibration plate in January from Merach and fellin love instantly. It has helped my body pain and has helped make me more flexible and loose. I experienced an issue contacted Merach and they were so attentive and fixed the issue right away. A great product is of course something we all love but to have amazing customer service is next level and hands down what sets them apart from all the other vibration plates on the market.
