Very satisfied with every aspect of this walking pad/ treadmill purchase. I bought the W50 and it is awesome. Very sturdy and well built. Love the interactive app it uses as well. It is very quiet and makes getting my steps in so much easier. Highly recommended on all fronts.

An excellent value walking/jogging pad.…

My research for an excellent value walking pad easily brought the T26 to the top of the list. It can also be used for jogging and compact enough to fit under your desk. The quality really shows. Unlike some walking pads, the T26 has a longer length which particularly suits tall people but overall allows for much better balance control. It is very quiet when in use and the remote control makes for easy and safe adjustments during use. An App is included that allows different scenes to enjoy while walking to be mirrored on a TV. The App also includes ready-made workouts for different levels of resilience. Easy to follow up enquiries, questions, spare parts and repairs.

I ordered a s26 aura bike as a rehab bike after surgery. After many attempts and multiple people to assist I was unable to connect the app to my screen. I worked diligently with a service rep named Julia ..troubleshooting sending pics , texts and video. She assured me we wld come to a satisfactory solution for me to get this to my satisfaction. She followed through for the whole ordeal and replaced the defective item as she indicated. I have read multiple comments on merach as they stated no customer service, no follow up etc, however this is not true. You have to be willing to stay in touch send a form as they ask and they will respond. I am very pleased with the company and the process. You get what u put into ur request bottom line. Thank you Julia for your superb customer service and follow thru till my case cld be closed. Kudos to you!

Perfect for WFH!

So glad I went with the W60 Ultra. I was looking at a bunch of different walking pads on Amazon and settled on this one because of the wider belt. Best decision ever. It feels really sturdy when you're walking on it, not flimsy at all like some cheaper ones. It slides right under my couch when I'm done. Delivery was quick and it basically works right out of the box, no complicated setup. Highly recommend if you need to get moving during long zoom calls.

I ordered this because my workout routine has taken a few major hits in the last year. I realized that the motivation, energy, and emotions need to be elevated for me to work out. I was using the pool and cold tub at work until they closed it for service related work in October 2025, then extended that closed period to just reopen on June 1, 2026. Meanwhile, my spirits have been down and I’ve been overworked and overwhelmed for an extended period myself. When I saw the vibration plate on my media feeds, I did more research to see the benefits. My back had been aching for a while and I attributed that to losing muscle strength because of lack of maintenance due to my low state. The vibration plate takes no effort, no motivation, and I could use it as a pick-me-up if nothing else. So I ordered it. It arrived 2 days before it was originally scheduled. I had just finished doing yard work and automotive work so I was more than excited when it arrived on that Sunday morning! I unboxed it, plugged it up, and started it. Within 30 seconds of starting, there was a relieving adjustment in my lower spine that took a great amount of pressure off the lower back and anterior hip muscles! From there, it was like I was a kid again, letting my voice respond to the vibrations and enjoying every second! At the end of 10 minutes, the soreness in my legs, fatigue over my whole body, and my emotional lows were ALL improved! Whether it was just my excitement or actual effects of the machine, the resulting feelings were absolutely real! I’m not one to draw conclusions after just one use, but I’ve been monitoring myself constantly and I can genuinely report that since using this machine, I’ve been able to sleep through the night without having to get up during the wee hours to pee. That was experienced after the first night, and it’s only happened on the night I stayed away from home that I got up a few times to pee. In the mornings, after I make my coffee and before I leave for work, I give myself a 10 min “wake up” session and I leave feeling the positive effects of it, right before heading into the worst rush-hour traffic! Similarly, when I get home from that treacherous evening rush-hour trip, I get right on it and vibe the stress away! It’s become a part of my daily routine, and I’m so glad I got it!! To add, I’ve had frequent acute pain in my left knee. The plate has helped in relieving the frequency and level of pain over the few weeks I’ve been using it. I’ve had to adjust the levels and frequency because for a few days, the pain seemed to increase or linger longer than normal, but since that adjustment, I’ve been pain-free over the past 5 days. The science may or may not be conclusive, but my experience definitely supports the positive impacts! Mike

Perfect Under-Desk Treadmill for Fitness While Working

After spending a considerable amount of time researching walking pads, I was specifically looking for three things: a higher weight capacity, automatic incline, and a design that would fit comfortably under my standing desk. The Merach NovaWalk W50 TrekPad was one of the few products that checked every box, and at a surprisingly reasonable price given the features and build quality. It has been one of the best investments I've made for my health and fitness. What truly sets the W50 apart is the automatic incline combined with its 400 lb weight capacity. By wearing a weighted vest and using the incline feature, I'm able to maintain a true Zone 2 heart rate while walking at a slower pace. This allows me to comfortably type, attend meetings, and use my mouse without sacrificing productivity or concentration. Instead of sitting for most of the day, I'm now able to accumulate meaningful cardio while working, and the impact on my energy levels, fitness, and overall health has been tremendous. It's honestly one of the most effective lifestyle changes I've made. I did experience an error code after pausing and restarting the unit, but Esther from Merach's customer service team was exceptional. She has been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. The level of support I received reinforced my confidence in both the company and its products. Excellent treadmill, excellent customer service, and an outstanding value for the features offered. I would absolutely recommend the W50 and would not hesitate to purchase from Merach again.
