I ordered 2 of the wooden bowls/ trivets. One arrived intact and is beautiful. One was broken in multiple places. I uploaded pictures of the broken piece. They offered to send a replacement, gave me a tracking number, and that was the last I heard from them. No replacement arrived and they don't reply to emails anymore.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Ordered on Dec 5 expecting to be here by Xmas. Supposedly resent with another useless tracking number. Today they said it was received (it wasn’t). I have asked for a refund but no reply yet. The reviews are accurate and unfortunately I didn’t do enough up front research or I never would have ordered.
Ordered in October. Sent a tracking Number. Nothing arrived. Contacted them, said it had got lost in postal system. Sent out new package with track 17. Waited and waited. Finally received a parcel in February. Utter tat. It was broken and came with a tube of super glue! Nothing like the pictures advertised. Asked for refund. They offered another item instead. Continued to ask for my refund and they stalled. Finally offered me a horn and a total of $7 refund. Utter joke. DO NOT purchase from this so called company.
Site is a scam. Product never showed. Got two different fake tracking emails. First one shipped from Italy and stopped updating when it hit Tallahassee. Emailed them and they sent another tracking number called track 17 which was a fake. Says it shipped from China and finally got stopped updating when it hit Chicago. Facebook needs to vet the vendors on their site. Scammed me for $60. Pisses me off.
Same story as everyone else. Ordered, received a fake tracking. Everything stops near me, waiting for 3 months. Their support is useless. Just apologetic and saying that I have to wait longer. Its clearly a scam. Shut it down!
Same experience. Ordered product in November for Christmas gift. Multiple emails with a fake tracking number. Responded to emails with canned text reply about how they were contacting the courier abs to be patient. On Jan 2nd I filed a complaint with PayPal and submitted my documentation trail. They also offered a settlement of the $38 overcharge and to"keep the product". I refused the offer since there was no product to keep. On January 9th paypal got a communication with a new shipping number using 17 track and the product was supposedly just then shipping from China ( even though I had multiple phony emails doing it had shipped over s month ago). PayPal settled the claim in my favor and I was refunded the full amount. I am still receiving updates but if anything arrives, and that's highly doubtful, I'm sure it will be garbage and not at all what was promised.
Been waiting over 2 months for my purchase. They absolutely will not refund. Keep sending me emails saying it's coming but never WHEN it's coming.
Same as a lot of other people's experiences. Ordered an item in October as a Christmas present. 3 months later and it has still not arrived. Multiple email exchanges about how it was definitely in transit from italy to south carolina where it sat for 2 months -- just wait a bit longer. Finally asked for a refund and they magically had a new tracking number where the item is coming from China. Do not trust this company.
Took upwards of 3 months to receive my product, which arrived in pieces to be assembled yourself (which was not including in product description) and a product that looks nothing like what I ordered. Customer support is abysmal and has an email auto reply about "lost shipments" rather than anyone actually checking the support email.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam! Purchased items over 2 months ago, still have not received my purchased items. I keep getting the run around from the “company” saying it’s the fault of the shipping carrier however I was never provided any information or shipping confirmation so as far as I know, the items never shipped. I think this company is a scam and a front.
If I could rate this company with minus stars I would! Do NOT buy from this company, they are scammers! The item I ordered never arrived and when I checked the tracking number it said it had been delivered. I contacted them and they told me to contact my Post Office. There were TWO separate tracking numbers and the Post Office said neither of them were valid. I contacted the company again and they said it had been return but not to the warehouse they could reship it from. HUH? Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted a refund, they would have to deduct the shipping and the cost of the "loss" of the item!!! I have threatened to report them to the proper authorities but they obviously don't care! Again, do NOT buy from them, they are crooks!
I finally received the baskets after 3 1/2 month wait.. The 3 compartment basket I kept. The other is a gift. I am somewhat disappointed because the video in your advertisement clearly shows a nice sheen on the product. (Shellaced) I received my basket with NO shine at all and made kind of flimsy!! It was beautifully carved, but it seems to have been an uncompleted item. Because of how very very long it took to receive my baskets, I will not return them, but please know YOU should make it clear that the product you sell comes unfinished and NOT worth the asking price. !!!!
Still waiting, it's been 2 months. First shipped from the USA and arrived in Australia, country of delivery, but I never received it. I contacted the seller and was provided with a new tracking number - shipped from China. I thought this was an American company! After this item being in transit for 14 days, I contacted the seller again through PayPal and was provided with a 3rd tracking number. I've escalated this issue with PayPal as I don't believe this company is legitimate.
I finally received my purchase after waiting more than 2 months only to find out it definitely was not worth the wait. The material was cheap and unfinished. I will NEVER use this site again 😡
This company is a scam! I wish I had read all these reviews first, but like everyone else, I was lied to when they said that the product was made & shipped in the USA. That's false! My product was shipped from Hungary apparently over a month ago, and now it's "lost" in transit here in the US! I've asked for a refund but they've refused. They just keep saying that my product is "in transit." I hope that I can at least save someone else from losing their money. Stay away!
Terrible customer service. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. The tracking number they provided showed it was stuck in customs for 3 weeks, and after 3 emails, they said they resolved the issue and I should receive my purchase this week...we'll see. My suggestion would be to stay away from them....
This is a SCAM. I have not got my product in weeks and the tracking number provided by them is fake!!! Never order anything from them!
It’s been over a month since I placed my order…still in transit. They should let you know how long to expect.
Their website says "Made in the USA," but it's pretty clear that this is a Chinese company. Their FAQ says "We ship directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers warehouse overseas"
