In November of 2025 I sent about $220…

In November of 2025 I sent about $220 worth of Hbar to Metal app from Robinhood but forgot to send with a memo. I was able to open a help desk ticket to aid with recovery of my money however it has still not been recovered after multiple emails and months of waiting. Very frustrating situation please someone help.
