Bought Caliper cover for my new MG HS. Covers DO NOT FIT 2025 onward MG HS models as advertised. I had red flags when they emailed me to ask for photos of my brake calipers so they check fitment. If they were designed for the model this wouldn’t be needed. Later discovered because they are actually ‘universal’ for all makes and models and they ‘attempt’ to guess what clips you need.
Received them, and yep they don’t fit. Contact them and they basically give you the answer of ‘they will’, NO THEY DONT! And yes you guessed it they stop replying to your emails. The MG logos are cheap stickers which will wash off in name time. Also to add, they are the same as what you would get off Temu or Aliexpress so don’t be fooled by the website, you’re paying 3x the price. Total waste of money.
Awful Experience
Parts looks great online and after the 3-4 weeks shipping are awful
I had parts not arrive and when questioned the customer support it took. 2 emails to receive a response where I was sent a picture of the item being picked but they could not and still haven’t sent me a picture of the items being bagged together
Customer support is terrible and don’t reply
Awful
they sent a carbon spoiler for my MG IM5 that had old tape, old glue residue and 3 drilling holes. keep in mind i paid 284 usd for this and they choose to sent me a broken item. thank you for wasting my time.
Scam website, beware!
They will send you TEMU quality items at premium prices. Something you can buy on TEMU for one tenth of the price. All the stock photos on the website are fake, you would receive something very different.
I purchased a boot light for my MG4 Urban. It took 2 weeks for the parcel to arrive, and what I received was the wrong item. Now to wait another 2 weeks while they drop ship from China again...
There are cheaper places to get this sort of thing. If MGTitan can't deliver on speed and certainty, what are you paying for?
Also, don't trust the reviews on their website. They'll delete reviews that aren't glowing (speaking from experience).
I ordered my car steering wheel and it didnt fit, i informed them and they told me to send the package back to China and the freight cost was higher than what i bought, it was a huge spam this company dont buy from them.
MGTITAN have a good selection of parts for the MG S5 EV. I bought the mud flaps and a screen saver. All fitted brilliantly very impressed with the mud flaps more than enough fixings supplied only half an hour to fit all 4.
